The reason some of the apps are not available in some countries is likely because of limited advertisement opportunities in those countries and therefore it will not be possible to make money for the companies there. Or it can be because of excessive fraud and it is then just easier to block entire countries than deal with fraud, unfortunately.
But I cannot give the exact reason for each of the apps not available in your country. You would need to ask their support about this.
