Ojooo WAD Review – Scam or Legit? (All Details Revealed)

Ojooo WAD Rating

Ojooo WAD used to be a legit PTC site that offered to pay you for clicking and watching ads. It had plenty of earning options but was not an effective way to earn. Now it seems to have completely closed down.

Ojooo WAD is a Paid-To-Click (PTC) website that supposedly offers to pay you real money for doing small tasks.

But is Ojooo WAD legit or a scam site to stay away from?

Let me just tell you right away that, yes, this is a legit PTC site. But that does not mean it will necessarily be worth it.

By reading this Ojooo WAD review, you will be able to determine whether it is indeed a good site to join or if it is just a waste of time.

That way, you will know exactly what to expect if you decide to join. And let me just reveal right away that there are some important details you NEED to know about before joining.

Important Update: Ojooo WAD has closed (best alternatives)

The review below was written when I initially tested the site. As you can see, I was not impressed with it and found it a waste of time.

However, it seems it is no longer possible to earn on it, even if you still wanted to. When you go to the website's address wad.ojooo.com, it now just gives an error, and it has been like this for a while.

Therefore, it seems Ojoo WAD has closed down, and if you had any earnings on the site there is, unfortunately, no way to get them.

If you want to use other sites to earn for free that give a lot better opportunities anyway, you can check out the best Get-Paid-To sites here.

What is Ojooo WAD and what does it offer?

As mentioned above, Ojooo WAD is a PTC site that will reward you for completing their offers.

Initially, Ojooo WAD was a company that was a communications app provider. They started branching out to the SEO and e-commerce niche and eventually started their own PTC site, which is the one we are reviewing.

The company is based in Germany, and it has the website Ojooo.com where advertisers can contact them.

The earning site for members is located at wad.ojooo.com. Even though it is called WAD (which stands for watching ads), it has other ways to earn as well.

There are several methods to earn money from Ojooo WAD. Let's take a closer at these methods.

I have created a video that will show you exactly what it offers and how to use it. You can also read all the details below the video:

Option 1 – Watching Ads

The bulk of your income on wad.ojooo will come mainly from watching ads as the name of the site also suggests.

After you've finished the registration process, you can now log in to the member's dashboard area.

Once you are on the dashboard, just click the Paid To Click Ads link on the top.

ojoo wad paid videos
You can see all the available ads once you log in to the dashboard.

You will be redirected to the page where you can find all the paid ads you can watch.

As you can see in the photo above, you will see how long you have to watch the ad is/visit the website, as well as the reward you will get for watching that ad.

Most ads you have to watch for 5 seconds, while some are longer. The reward you will get for watching ads will mostly depend on how long the ad is. Obviously, the longer the ad, the higher the reward.

However, even the highest paying ads do not give you a lot, so it will take quite a lot of clicking to make any real money but more about the full earning potential later.

Option 2 – Paid Offers

Another way to earn rewards from Ojooo WAD is by completing their paid offers.

ojoo wad paid offers
There are plenty of types of paid offers you can choose from.

Now, their offers are actually classified into different groups, as you can see in the photo above.

The premise here is that you have to complete the offer before you receive the reward. The offers will range from viewing other member's websites, answering quizzes, signing up to a website and playing online mini-games.

The reward you will get from this type of earning method will be different. Instead of earning real money like watching video ads, you will instead be rewarded with points.

The points you earn can be converted into real money, which will talk about in a different section of this review.

Just be aware that you have to look carefully in this section – some of the offers can be great and a great way to earn some extra money, but others are really not worth it.

But if you have the patience to filter the offers and find the good ones, it can be worth checking out some of them.

Option 3 – Paid Surveys

Normally, with survey sites, you will receive a survey from the site you registered to. You can then answer that survey and receive the reward.

But with Ojooo WAD, it is a bit different.

ojoo wad paid surveys
The surveys you can take will come from survey sites that are advertised in Ojooo WAD.

The paid surveys that you can take won't actually come from them. Instead, it will come from other websites that have partnered with Ojooo WAD.

They only act as a survey router to redirect you to the sites that actually offer paid surveys.

In my experience, the rewards you get from doing these paid surveys are actually a bit watered down compared to the actual reward you get when you are a member of actual survey sites.

So, it might NOT be a good idea to spend a lot of time doing these paid surveys, as they tend to take a bit of time to complete.

One thing to note about the paid survey offers is that they don't have a special section on their dashboard. It will be mixed with the other available offers which is not as convenient so you have to click around a bit to find them.

Option 4 – Ojooo Grid

Ojooo Grid is a form of contest where you get to win prizes by simply choosing a grid in a photo.

This is actually a pretty common form of contest in PTC sites like GPTPlanet and more.

ojoo wad grid contest
You will have 10 chances per day to open grids.

The way this works with Ojooo WAD is that you will be given 10 tries per day to find the grid with the prize. All you have to do is click the grid you want and watch the ad that pops up until it finishes.

Once the ad is finished, the grid will open up and reveal what is inside it. Most of the rewards you will get if you choose a grid that has a prize will range from $0.50 to $1.00.

As you can see, it's actually not a lot, which is very underwhelming considering that everything will rely on chance and you have to be very lucky to get one of the highest rewards.

If you've used up your number of tries, you can actually buy more chances to open grids.

ojoo wad grid contest buying chances
You can also purchase additional chances to open grids.

This, I believe, is actually the whole point of this contest. Since you can buy chances using the money you've earned from the site, it will actually be reducing your total income instead of increasing it.

I suggest you don't spend your reward balance in this contest since the number of tries will refresh every day.

Option 5 – Puzzles

Completing puzzles is another type of contest that you can join on Ojooo WAD. The video below will show how Ojoo WAD explains it themselves:

As you can see in the video, all you have to do is click and watch the ads. Some of the ads will contain a piece of the puzzle.

Simply click on the piece of the puzzle to claim it. Once you complete the pieces of the puzzle, you will then be eligible to join the prize draw for a specific item.

Normally, a photo of the item is the puzzle you will need to complete. Under the Puzzle section of the dashboard, you will see all the available puzzles and the number of pieces to complete it. Once you complete the puzzle, that will be equivalent to one entry to the prize draw of that item.

It's a pretty simple contest that revolves around watching ads. But you have to be aware that there will NOT be pieces of the puzzle on every ad but just sometimes on random ads.

So it can take quite some patience to find enough to participate in the prize draw.

Option 6 – Referral Program

Ojooo WAD actually has another way for you to earn money. And that is through their referral program where you can earn by inviting other people to join.

The way their referral program is structured is that you will earn a commission from the clicks that your referral makes.

Now, you actually have two types of referrals. The first type is the direct referral. These are the referrals that actually clicked your referral link and signed up as a member.

The other type is the rented referral. Yes, you read that right. You can actually rent a referral for a month. The rewards work just the same as a direct referral.

Although I'm not so sure though if the rented referral actually performs better than the direct referral in terms of the number of clicks. In theory, though, it should, since you paid for it. But I can neither confirm or deny that since the information is not available on their website.

However, according to the FAQ section of Ojoo WAD, they only rent out referrals that have been active for at least 5 days and have clicked a minimum of 20 ads.

This is a better guarantee than on many other PTC sites where you have no guarantee your rented or bought referrals have ever been active.

Still, you have to calculate carefully because even though the price for a rented referral is only $0.2 per 30 days, they do have to click A LOT for you to just make the money back.

So if you decide to go for this option, I would suggest by testing small as there is no guarantee the referral you rent will be that active.

There are also referral contests you can join. The premise for these contests is that the more referrals you sign up, the more points you will earn.

How do you get paid?

It says in their Terms of Service of Ojoo WAD that the list of the available payment platforms can be found on the website, but for the life of me, I can't find it anywhere on their site or even their member's dashboard.

I managed to find the section called “cash out funds” but you first have to fill out some personal details like your address and phone number.

After that, you still cannot see anything in this section because you need to click at least 100 ads before you can see the details about the payout options.

In my opinion, information like this should be easily accessible for members and especially for non-members. Being able to find out how you can get the rewards you've earned is actually a very good selling point for a reward site like this.

So I did some further research. And you can actually request for payment via PayPal and Payza. You just have to provide your account details when withdrawing funds.

Take note that the minimum amount you can withdraw from Ojooo WAD is $2. That is for your first withdrawal. The succeeding withdrawals will require that your balance will reach $6.

They do offer a membership upgrade (which I will discuss later) that will allow you to cash out even if you only have $2 in your account.

In my opinion, being able to cash out via PayPal or Payza makes it a lot more convenient for you to receive the money you've earned.

The only concern is that I've read a lot of feedback from members that the payment always gets delayed and will almost always exceed the guarantee that they gave on their website, which was that payments will be received within 7 days.

And the fact that you cannot easily see the payout options and conditions until after you have participated for a while is very poor, in my opinion.

How much money can you make?

In terms of actually earning a significant amount of money, you really can't expect a lot from PTC sites, in general. That's just how it is.

As you might have noticed, the rewards you earn from clicking and watching video ads are too small, and you actually have to watch A LOT before you can even earn a dollar.

They have this requirement that you have to click a certain number of ads before you can earn from the referrals that you make tomorrow. If you've skipped a day, that means any income you've earned from your referrals today won't be reflected in your account.

So, you have to make sure you are logged in every day and watch the required amount of ads in order to earn from the referrals you make tomorrow.

They also have this membership upgrade where you are promised a lot more rewards for each ad that you view or each offer that you complete.

There are actually 5 membership tiers in Ojooo WAD, the Standard (free), Economy Lite, Economy, Privilege, and Privilege+. I won't get into the pricing for each of the membership levels because again, they don't really state it right away on their website.

ojoo wad membership upgrade
You can pay to upgrade your Ojoo WAD membership – but it is not necessarily worth it.

The good thing is that you can actually purchase the upgrade using the rewards you've accumulated. If that is not sufficient, you can pay via credit card.

Each membership level has a different set of bonuses (see photo above). But basically, the more expensive the upgrade you purchase, the more bonuses you receive.

I'm not too sold on the idea of having to spend some money just to receive more rewards. The reason you are on this site is to actually earn some money.

Now in order to receive more money, you have to actually shell out some cash, which really just defeats the purpose of you signing up to the site.

In my opinion, there are plenty of ways to earn a bit of income without having to spend money.

Can you use it on mobile?

Here's another specific example of where they lack in providing the right information on their website.

There is a link on their website that says you can download the app for Ojooo using an Android or iOS user. You can indeed download the Ojooo app.

Ojooo app
The Ojooo App is confusingly enough NOT for wad.ojoo.com.

The problem is that this isn't the app for their WAD platform. It is actually their communications app. So downloading it will be pretty useless because you still won't be able to work on the offers and tasks on your mobile device.

Linking to an app from the front page of their website that is not really an Ojoo WAD app does not make sense, in my opinion, and is another example of how low the usability is of this PTC site.

You can, however, still login to the site using a mobile browser. And at the very least, the mobile version of their site is optimized for mobile use.

That way, you can still view the content without having to scroll left and right. This will definitely help ensure that you don't skip a day of clicking ads.

Who can join Ojooo WAD?

The good thing about Ojooo WAD is that anybody can join the platform.

There is no mention on their site about an age requirement to register. If there is, the information is certainly not available on their website.

ojooo wad registration
You can use your Facebook or Google account to register to the site.

During the sign-up process, you just have to fill out the form shown in the photo above. You can, however, sign up using your Facebook or Google account, which in my opinion, is a more convenient option.

You also have to make sure the name you provide in your profile is your real name and not a pseudonym or alias.

It does limit the number of users allowed for each computer, address, and name. Plus, only one account can be registered to an IP address.

So, for example, you've already registered to the site using your desktop at home. If your brother decides to also join the website and register using his laptop that is connected to the same network as your desktop, he won't be able to register.

If he, however, decides to register using the data connection on his mobile phone, he can do so. That's because the mobile phone will have a different IP address since it is using a different network.

Just be aware that if you are not active for 30 days, your account will temporarily be suspended.

Ojooo wad account suspended
Your account will be closed if you are inactive for more than 30 days.

And after 60 days, it will be completely closed, and you will lose all your earnings.

You can easily get it back again just by clicking a couple of buttons if it was just deactivated due to inactivity. But you will have lost all your earnings, stats, referrals, etc.

I understand they deactivate inactive accounts. But doing it so quickly and without sending an email to warn about it first (I know as I had my account closed and never received an email to make me aware) is just poor service, in my opinion.

Can you get support?

Unfortunately, the only form of support that Ojooo WAD offers on their WAD platform is through their FAQs section as well as their forum section.

If you wish to contact them, you have to go to their main website and fill up the contact form provided.

ojooo wad contact form
You can use this contact form found on their main website if you need to talk to them.

Remember, you can't access this contact form when you are in the wad.ojooo.com URL. You have to go to their main website (ojooo.com) in order to gain access to their contact form.

It does show their telephone number in case there is a need to talk to them over the phone.

I tried looking for another way to contact them, so I took a quick look at their Facebook page. There are some new posts, but there is no way for you to message them since they have the message feature of the page disabled.

So it seems like you are only stuck with the options that are provided above. In my opinion, for a company that started out as a communications app, they seem to be pretty hard to get a hold of.

Also, even though the FAQ section has a lot of info, it is poorly structured, and it is difficult to find the right information, and there is still a lot of important info they do not provide there.

So overall, the support on Ojoo WAD definitely could use improvement, in my opinion.

Final Verdict

Ojooo WAD is a legit PTC site. It does pay you for watching the ads and completing the offers. But it also has some big drawbacks.

So in order to help make your decision about joining the website or not, let's finish this review with a summary of its pros and cons.

pros

Pros:

  • Low payment threshold
  • Payment via PayPal is available
  • Offers several ways to earn money
cons

Cons:

  • Low rewards
  • Limited support options
  • Plenty of feedback about the payment being delayed
  • Not very user-friendly

With PTC sites, you can never hope to earn a significant amount of money. That is definitely also true for Ojooo WAD.

The premise that you have to spend money in order to get more rewards (membership upgrade) is really a weak selling point.

The low rewards you earn simply won't make it an efficient income-generating site. Plus, the lack of clear information on their website is another deal-breaker.

In my opinion, the first thing you need to ensure is that you provide all the information that a possible member needs. Combine that with the fact that they have a very limited support structure, and you really won't be convinced to become a member.

In my opinion, your time will be better spent on other sites that will allow you to earn a decent income in a much easier way.

If you are looking for one, I recommend you visit the top GPT sites that pay well. There are several options on that list to choose from.

If you have any comments, questions, or have any experiences with Ojooo WAD yourself, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.
