Quick Thoughts App Review – Really Quick Money? (Truth Revealed)

QuickThoughts Rating

QuickThoughts can be a decent way to earn by sharing your opinion on the go. But it does not quite live up to its name as their are many options that give faster and better options.

The name of QuickThoughts makes it sound very appealing at first.

But is QuickThoughts app legit and really a quick way to make extra money, or is it a scam?

Let me reveal right away that it is not a scam. I have tested it thoroughly, and it is legit, and you can actually earn by using this app.

That does, however, not mean that it is necessarily worth your time.

This QuickThoughts App review will go into all the details about what it offers and what you have to know before joining, so you know exactly what to expect and can find out if it is the right option for you or not.

What is QuickThoughts app, and what does it offer?

QuickThoughts is an app that you can use to take paid surveys.

It is a part of Dynata, which has been around since 1977 (it has just previously had other names also). So there is an experienced and legit company behind it, which is a good sign, and this means you do not have to worry about whether you will get your rewards or not.

But how good are the opportunities then on QuickThoughts?

The app is specialized in surveys, and this is the only way you can make money here. I, in general, like sites that only offer surveys, as they are usually very easy to use.

That also goes for Quick Thoughts. But to see if it will really be worth it, let's look deeper into what it really offers.

I have made a video that gives a complete walkthrough on Quick Thoughts. You can also read all the details below the video:

Option 1 – Access to paid surveys:

The way you see what opportunities you have is by logging into the app.

The first time you do this, you just have to answer a few questions (only take 2 minutes), and then you will get access to an overview of available surveys.

You get an overview of available surveys soon after you sign up.

You just need to be aware that QuickThoughts works with partner survey companies which means you will often be asked to take surveys from other sites.

After you have completed a survey, you will get the promised reward into your QuickThoughts account.

A setup like this means you will usually get access to a decent number of surveys. You just need to be aware that you will not qualify for all of them. Sometimes it can take a bit of time to find the ones you qualify for.

But overall, QuickThoughts gives pretty good survey options, and the rewards in relation to the time spent are decent. I do not think it gives as good options as the top survey apps, but it can be a decent secondary app to download.

You can always see the estimated time and the reward you will get before starting, so you can plan your time around this.

Option 2 – Missions:

Sometimes you might be able to find extra missions inside QuickThoughts that you can use to earn extra.

This can, for example, be giving feedback on local stores, secret shopper missions, quick polls, or in-store surveys in your local area (if you have turned your GPS on).

These can be a fun and different way to earn, but just be aware that these missions are not available in all countries. And it is not an earning method you should really count on as there is no guarantee how often they will be available.

But if you get a mission offered, it can be worth checking out.

How do you get paid?

quick thoughts rewards

When you take a QuickThoughts survey, you get paid in your local currency.

That is nice, as it makes it easy to see exactly how much you make compared to how it is on the survey sites or apps that use point systems.

You can, however, not get this money paid out in cash. That is very important to know before joining.

If you want to get your earnings in cash, QuickThoughts is not an app for you. Personally, I prefer survey sites that pay through PayPal, but other ways can also be great. It all depends on personal preferences.

Quick Thoughts pays in gift cards – or rather gift codes. That means that once you request a payout, you will receive an electronic code/gift card via email.

What companies you can get the gift codes for depends on the country you live in. But usually, there are only a couple to choose from. So before spending time taking surveys, make sure to check what the reward options are in your country and that it is something you like.

You can request a payout once you have reached $10. Once you are a member, your rewards will never expire, so you do not have to worry about losing your earnings if it takes you a long time to reach the payout threshold.

Overall, I think there could be better payout options, and the payout options could be more flexible. But how good the reward options are really depends on the country you live in

How much money can you make?

As you can see so far in this review, it is possible to earn with QuickThoughts. But how much can you actually earn?

The rewards per survey are fine and similar to most other similar sites, in my experience, but there are just not enough opportunities in my opinion.

It is important to mention that the number of opportunities will vary from country to country, so it might be different for you.

You can also choose to get notifications when there are new surveys available, which can be a way to be sure to take more surveys. But no matter what, you should not expect QuickThoughts to make you very much money.

Who can join?

The QuickThoughts app is available in many countries. It is available for download in both AppStore and Google Play.

They do not mention exactly which countries it is available in, so I can, unfortunately, not give you an exact list. So if you think it sounds like an interesting option, you just have to try to see if it is available in your country by going to your app store and checking.

The great thing is that it is even available in the local language and in the local currency. Not enough to make me change my mind about my overall impression of QuickThoughts, but still, something that can make it easier to use.

Can you get support?

If you should need any assistance when using QuickThoughts, you can find a contact email in the app.

I have read several places online that people, however, think that the support is very slow and not very helpful. But from what I have seen, people usually have their issues resolved even though it might take a little long. I have not had the need to contact the support myself, so I cannot confirm if that is true.

But it is good to know that there is an option to reach out to support if it should be necessary.

Final verdict

QuickThoughts App is an option if you want to earn a bit extra by sharing your opinion. But this does not necessarily mean it will be the best use of your time.

So let´s sum up the pros and cons of the QuickThoughts app so you can get a better overview before deciding if it is for you or not:

pros

Pros:

  • Available in local languages
  • Easy to use
  • Reliable company behind it
cons

Cons:

  • Not very many opportunities
  • Not many reward options
  • Not clear which countries it is available in
  • No cash rewards

To sum it up: QuickThoughts can make you a little extra money, but for me, the cons outweigh the pros.

I like taking surveys, but there are so many survey sites, so it does not make sense to spend too much time on apps or sites that are just average – and in my opinion, QuickThoughts is average.

If you like taking surveys on the go and want to prioritize your time, I think it is better to check out the best paying survey apps. Most of these give better options, in my opinion, and they definitely have more flexible payout methods.

But if you want to join as many survey apps as possible, then QuickThoughts is a legit option you can check out.

If you have any comments, questions or have any experiences with QuickThoughts app yourself, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.

    • Sorry but I do not have anything to do with Quick Thoughts. I have just made a review of the app where I share my opinion, so I cannot help you resolve any issues. You need to wait to hopefully hear back from their support.
