The only way to earn from Clarity is to take calls from clients. But to do so, you must first become a Clarity expert (more on how to become one later). Once Clarity recognizes that you are an expert, you’ll have to build your profile.

This is a very important aspect of becoming an expert because this will essentially give potential clients an idea of what you can offer. So, you must take your time and carefully build your profile. After your profile is set, it will now appear in Clarity’s directory of experts (refer to the photo below).

The next step is to wait for a potential client to request a call. As you can see in the photo above, there’s a button on each Clarity listing that says, “Request a Call”. If a client is interested in what you have to offer, they will click that button to schedule a call.

If you decide to accept the client’s request, then you must accept his call during the scheduled time. You will be billed by the minute, so it can be quite a profitable endeavor, in my opinion. However, you must also keep in mind that you must also give good advice quickly. You can’t just prolong a call to earn more.

Clients will notice it and will give you a bad review. Or worse, they can contest the session and refuse to pay you. That is why it is important to be in a helping mindset, in my opinion. Your frame of mind when accepting a call must always be to help the person as best you can and not to earn as much money as you can.

This is the actual process of earning. However, it isn’t as easy as you might think. For clients to actually find your profile on Clarity’s directory, you must be ranked among the top experts in your field. In short, you must rank high on Clarity’s search.

To do that, you must have a complete profile, and you must also be accomplished. This means that you almost have to brag about what you do when you are setting up your profile. You have to highlight your accomplishments in your profile so clients can see what you can offer.

However, relying on your profile isn’t enough, in my opinion. You also have to advertise your service outside of Clarity. One good way to do so is to include a link to your Clarity profile on your website so people outside of Clarity can see what you can offer.

That can potentially get you more calls. In short, you have to expand your reach, which isn’t easy to do and requires a lot of preparation time. This is why earning from Clarity is not that simple, in my opinion.

Even though you can potentially earn good money from it, you still have to do all the work to increase your chances of taking calls.

As for the type of advice you can give, the photo above shows all the categories available on Clarity. As you can see, most categories are either business or career-oriented categories. So, the advice you must give won’t be anything about personal matters.

You see, most (if not all) clients on Clarity are entrepreneurs or people looking to move up in their careers. That’s why this opportunity is not for everyone, in my opinion. You must be a professional who can give good advice about any of the categories shown in the photo above.

How do you get paid?

As explained above, you’ll earn per minute when taking calls. But the question is, how do you get paid?

Well, Clarity offers payment via PayPal, which is a very convenient payment method, in my opinion.

Once a call is completed, you will see your total earnings for that call in the Payments section of your profile. Keep in mind that Clarity will deduct a 15% service fee for every completed call, so don’t expect to receive the full amount.

You can then withdraw your earnings to your PayPal account two weeks from the date the call was completed. This is quite a long wait, in my opinion, but Clarity says they are working on making it faster.

If you can do that, then you can potentially earn good money from this site, in my opinion. However, you must also keep in mind that Clarity’s service fee is also quite high, which can significantly impact the total amount you will earn.

This is to be expected, though, since Clarity is offering this service to you for free. They must also be able to earn good money from you to keep the operation going. But overall, I would say that the earning potential of Clarity will mostly depend on you.

If you are an accomplished professional who can give great advice on business and career topics, then you can potentially earn good money from this site. If you don’t fit the bill, then I suggest you don’t even bother signing up.

Can you use it on mobile?

Clarity doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but the site is optimized for mobile use, so you will be able to access your member dashboard conveniently using your mobile device. This will make it easier for you to check if there are any clients interested in the service you offer.

The site’s user interface is also relatively user-friendly, so you should be able to navigate it on your mobile device quite easily. As for the actual call you must do, Clarity will provide you and the client with a conference line. If the conference line isn’t available in your country, you can use Skype or other free VOIP solutions.

What’s great about Clarity is it is available more or less worldwide – but since they only pay via PayPal, you need to live in a country where that is available. Your location will also affect how many call opportunities you will receive.

Based on my experience, there will be more opportunities if you live in major countries like the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other major countries in Europe. If you live in a small country, there might not be a lot of opportunities for you to earn.

Signing up as a member of Clarity is relatively easy. You just have to fill out the form. However, becoming an expert is a different matter.

To become a Clarity expert, you must apply for the position first (refer to the photo above). Once you are logged in to the dashboard, you must click the “Apply to Be an Expert” button and go through the application process.

The site will guide you through the process, so it won’t be that complicated. After you submit your application, you must wait for Clarity’s confirmation. Unfortunately, the site doesn’t say how long it will take for them to review your application. So, you must be patient.

If you are looking for an opportunity that will let you earn immediately, this is not the ideal option, in my opinion.

Can you get support?

I can say that Clarity does provide good support to its members since has a very detailed Help page. Plus, it is a reputable consulting firm, so you can expect to receive assistance easily.
