FruitLab at its core is a GPT (Get-Paid-To) site that will reward you for participating in the earning opportunities it offers. It also doubles as a community for gamers to interact with one another.
It is indeed a legit site since it will really reward you when you participate in the earning opportunities it offers. And speaking of earning opportunities, we have to take a closer look at how you can earn from this site so you’ll understand how it works and you can get an idea of how well you can earn from it.
So, here’s how to earn from FruitLab.
Option 1 – Watching game clips
One way to earn from FruitLab is by watching game clips. These game clips are from other members of the site.
To view game clips, just log in to the site and click the “Videos” option in the menu. You will then see something similar to the photo above. Each video will play an ad in the beginning. Make sure not to skip that ad (because there’s an option to skip it). Because if you skip the ad, you won’t earn any reward for watching the clip.
The videos you have to watch are at least 30 seconds long but they don’t exceed 5 minutes. So, you don’t have to spend a lot of time watching one video. Once you’ve finished watching a video, you will receive 200 XP points and it will show up in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
This opportunity is really easy to do, plus you can find lots of entertaining videos as well. As for what you have to do with the XP points you’ve earned, I will explain that in detail later.
Option 2 – Uploading Game Clips
Another way to earn is to upload game clips. Take note that the game clips you have to upload should all be original videos that should come from you.
The video you upload will show up in the section where members can watch videos to earn XP points. Take note that the clip must be at least 30 seconds long, and it should follow all the guidelines for uploading videos provided by FruitLab.
That means there should be no nudity or other inappropriate content in the video. You also have to use a specific encoding (H.264), otherwise, FruitLab will not accept it. The video file size should be a minimum of 1 MB and a maximum of 3 GB.
When you upload it, FruitLab will first have to review the video to see if it passes their standard and if it hasn’t broken any rules. Once it is approved, as mentioned above, it will show up in the videos section so that other members can watch it.
When members start watching your videos, you will start to earn what is called PIPS (the currency the site is using). The more people watch your videos, the more PIPS you will earn.
However, you will only receive half of the PIPS you’ve earned. The other half will go to the PIP pot (which I will explain later). Take note that you can only upload a maximum of 6 video clips every day.
Option 3 – Playing Arcade Games
There are two ways you can earn from playing arcade games. The first one is playing these games for free. The other is a player-versus-player mode where there is a wager involved.
In the free-to-play option, all you have to do is play the arcade game. You will receive a certain number of XP points. Plus, if you are among the top scorers of the game for the day, you will receive extra XP points.
If you get the #1 spot for any of their games, you will receive an additional 1,000 XP points, 2nd place is 900 XP points, 3rd place is 800, 4th is 700, and 5th is 600 XP points.
Now, if you are a very competitive person, you can play against a player who has issued a challenge for a specific arcade game (refer to the photo above). In this mode, you will have to bet PIPS to take on the challenge.
Whoever gets the higher score will win the bet. It’s that simple. This is the fastest way to earn PIPS, but it’s also the fastest way to lose everything you’ve earned. So, you have to be careful when taking on a challenge.
Option 4 – User Giveaways
You can join the contests that other members of the site hold. From time to time, other members will hold giveaways where you can win lots of PIPS.
To view all the giveaways currently being held, just click the “What’s ON” option on the menu. You will then see something similar to the photo above. Each giveaway will have a certain set of rules you have to follow.
Before you join one, I suggest you read the guidelines for the giveaway. When you are ready to join, just do everything described in the guidelines and wait for the results of who won the giveaway.
Now, why do other members do this when it seems like a waste of PIPS? You see, hosting giveaways can be a great way to increase your audience. And if your audience increases, you will naturally earn more PIPS since more people will be watching your videos.
It’s a give-and-take situation where other members can potentially win major prizes, and you can potentially grow your audience so you can earn more. It’s an ingenious way of improving your earnings, in my opinion.
Option 5 – Daily Login Bonus
Lastly, you can earn bonus rewards by simply logging in to the site. And the longer you keep the streak of logging in daily, the more rewards you offer.
All you have to do is collect your daily login bonus the first time you log in to the site. You have to do this on their website as well as their mobile app, though (I will talk about their app later). So again, you have to log in to their site and their app to claim the full daily login bonus every day.

How do you get paid?
As explained earlier, if you upload your game clips, you will automatically earn a certain number of PIPS, which is the currency you can use to exchange for various rewards. But what about the XP points you’ve earned?
Well, this is a bit more complicated. So, let me explain how their XP points system works. Whenever a member watches an ad before a game clip, a portion of the PIPS generated by the view will be added to the Pip Pot.

As for your location, it’s something you have no control over, and unfortunately, they don’t provide a breakdown of how this factor affects your earnings.
For your ranking, you need to reach the rank of Lieutenant to receive 100% of the PIPS you are supposed to receive from the pot. If your rank falls below the Lieutenant rank, you won’t receive the full number of PIPS assigned to you. That’s how their ranking system works. So, every week, you have to strive to reach the rank of Lieutenant.
Now, what can you do with the PIPS you’ve earned? Well, you can exchange it for various rewards. You can redeem various gift cards for Amazon, PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, and more. The smallest gift card you can redeem is $5, which will be worth 50,000 PIPS.

Their payment system is a little complicated, in my opinion, and it can take a bit of getting used to.
How much money can you make?
It’s really hard to nail down the average amount you can earn from FruitLab because you can’t really compute the number of PIPS you can earn every week. But one thing I can say about this site is that it requires a bit of time and a lot of effort.
That’s because you will need to eventually upload your own game clips if you hope to maximize your earnings from this site. And it takes a lot of time and effort to make game clips since you have to spend time playing video games to capture great content. That’s why I would say this site has low earning potential for people who don’t play games a lot.
I can see this as something that can be fairly profitable for game streamers because they already play games a lot, and they can easily create a lot of game clips. But for the average person, it will take a lot of time to earn a decent amount from this site.
That’s why overall, I would say the earning potential is quite low. But it does provide other value since as mentioned earlier, it’s a nice platform to interact with other gamers and also watch some great video game clips.
Can you use it on mobile?
As mentioned earlier, FruitLab has an app you can download so you can conveniently watch game clips from your mobile device. You can also work on other earning opportunities using the app. Plus, as I’ve mentioned earlier, you need to log in to the app every day to claim your daily login bonus.
As for their app, you can download it from the Android or iOS app store. It’s pretty easy to navigate since their app is relatively user-friendly. It also doesn’t have any pop-up ads. So, you won’t have to deal with closing pop-up ads, which can get very annoying.
You can pretty much do everything with the app, so it will be very useful because you can still earn even when you are not sitting in front of your computer.
