Reklaim has changed a lot since I first tested it. The design is new, and so is the way you earn and redeem. You now earn points with surveys and referrals, and you use the points as entries in a monthly cash draw. I tested the new version myself. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Big monthly prizes, but you only get paid if you win
You earn points with surveys and referrals. You can no longer cash out points. You use them as entries in a monthly draw for cash prizes. US and Canada only.

The short answer
Reklaim has changed a lot since I first tested it. The design is new, and so is the way you earn and redeem. You earn points with surveys and referrals, but you can no longer cash out your points. You use them as entries in a monthly draw with $10,000 in prizes.
The prizes are high compared to what you can earn on other survey sites, but you have to be very lucky to win. If you do not win, you get nothing for the time you spent on surveys. People in the US and Canada can join, but Reklaim’s help pages say only US residents can win.
- Big monthly prizes: $10,000 in total, shared by six winners (one $5,000 prize and five $1,000 prizes)
- The estimated survey time is fairly accurate
- A countdown to the next draw on your dashboard
- More privacy settings than on most survey sites
- You can skip profile questions you find too personal
- You can no longer withdraw points
- You only get paid if you win the draw
- The profile takes a long time, and some questions repeat
- Canadians can join, but only US residents can win
- No phone app any more
My experience with Reklaim
I tested Reklaim again after the big change. I filled out the profile, took surveys, looked at the Jackpot, the referral program and the privacy settings. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

What I noticed in my new test
First you fill out a profile. It takes quite a long time, and some of the questions repeat. For example, I think they asked for my home address three times. I like that you can always skip a question if you think it is too personal.
To take surveys, you go to the survey section. There you see the available surveys with the estimated time and how many points you get. In my experience, the estimated time is fairly accurate.
On your dashboard you see a countdown to the next Jackpot draw. That is quite user-friendly.
Overall, it is a fairly simple system once you get used to it. But I would not spend much time on it. I prefer sites where I know I get paid for my time, and where it is not all luck. That is of course a matter of personal preference.

Is Reklaim legit and safe?
Reklaim is a real company with a clear help center and real monthly prizes. But how it pays is very different from a normal survey site. Here is what you should know.
- You can no longer withdraw points
Points have no cash value, and you cannot swap them for gift cards. The only way to get cash is to win the Jackpot.
- Your time can give you nothing
Each point you pledge is one entry. Points that do not win are not given back. So you can take many surveys and still get nothing.
- Canadians can join, but cannot win
Reklaim’s help pages say people in the US and Canada can join, but only US residents can win the Jackpot. So in Canada you can take surveys and collect points, but you have no chance at a prize. I find this a bit strange, and I want you to know before you spend time on it.
- Sign-up does not warn you about your country
You only see the country rules in the FAQ. I could sign up from a country outside the US and Canada, but then you cannot win, so it is a waste of time. They should make this clearer when you sign up.
- Your data is sold unless you opt out
Reklaim’s help pages say it can sell or share the information you give, including survey answers, with brands and advertisers. You can turn this off with “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” and still earn.
My takeThe website focuses a lot on letting you control how your data is used, and it has more privacy settings than most survey sites I have seen. For example, you can choose not to share your health information. Other than that, I honestly do not see a big difference from other survey sites. There may be things going on in the backend that I do not know about. I only share what I can see as a regular user.
How you earn on Reklaim
You earn points in a few ways. Surveys and referrals are the main ones. Tap one to read more.
SurveysPoints shown per survey
Go to the survey section to see the available surveys. Each one shows the estimated time and how many points you get. In my experience, the estimated time is fairly accurate.
Reklaim’s help pages say you can stop a survey and pick it up later, but you only get the points when you finish. There are also Quick Wins, which are short surveys.
Your profileOne-time bonus
You get a one-time bonus for each part of your profile you finish. It takes quite a long time, and some questions repeat. You can skip any question you find too personal.
Referral program1,000 entries per friend
You get 1,000 entries for each friend who joins with your link. Your friend also gets 1,000 entries when they sign up.
How the Jackpot works
Each month there is $10,000 in prizes: one $5,000 prize and five $1,000 prizes. Winners are drawn early on the 1st of each month. Your dashboard shows a countdown to the next draw.
Each point you pledge is one entry. You can pledge by hand, or turn on auto-entry. Reklaim’s help pages say winners are picked at random, weighted by entries, and you can win at most one prize per draw.
If you win, Reklaim emails you. You must reply within 7 days and pass an identity check. The help pages say the prize is then paid by PayPal or check, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
These are very high prizes compared to what you can earn on other survey sites. But you have to be very lucky to win. On other sites you get points or cash you can withdraw for every survey. So whether Reklaim is worth it depends on your own preference and how lucky you feel.
Membership tiers
Reklaim has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Your tier depends on how many points you have available. The help pages say tiers are for recognition only. They do not give you more points.
Points you pledge to the Jackpot leave your balance, so pledging can move you down a tier.
