But is Giftloop legit and really a way to earn or a scam?

I’ve recently tested the app to find out if it really does what it claims it does and you will everything you need to know about the app in this Giftloop review.

Then, you can decide if it is really worth using or not. So, let’s go ahead and start examining this app, shall we?

What is Giftloop, and what does it offer?

Giftloop is a GPT (Get-Paid-To) app that will allow you to earn rewards in multiple ways. It is indeed a legit app since you will really be rewarded if you work on the earning opportunities it offers.

To figure out if the app is really worth using, you must first understand how to earn from it and the only way to do that is to examine the earning opportunities it offers. So, here’s how to earn from Giftloop.

Option 1 – Paid offers

One way to earn from Giftloop is to work on paid offers. This comes as no surprise since Giftloop is a GPT app after all.

If you’ve been a member of other GPT apps and sites, then this earning opportunity will be very familiar. But if this is your first time with GPT apps, then let me explain how it works.

When you log in to the app, just press the “Earn” option in the lower portion of the screen and hit “Earn by Completing Offers”. Then, you’ll see something similar to the photo above.

You will find a decent number of offers to choose from. If you see an offer you are interested in, just press it and you will see the instructions you need to follow to complete the offer.

Make sure to do everything the offer is asking you to do because if you miss one step, you will not get paid and you will just end up wasting your time. After you’ve completed the offer, you will receive a number of coins indicated in the offer as a reward. Later on, I will discuss what you can do with the coins you’ve earned.

Most of the paid offers you will find will ask you to either play a game, sign up to a website or app, or answer quizzes. During my testing, the most common offers I encountered were those that asked you to try out other mobile apps.

Option 2 – Play mobile games

Another way to earn from Giftloop is to play the mobile games it features. Press the “Earn” option again and hit “Games” this time. Then, you’ll see all the available games. Press the game you want to play and it will take you to the app page.

All you have to do is download and install it. Once it is installed, you have to set your mobile device to track the usage of apps. Giftloop will walk you through how to do this.

When this is done, just go back to the app and go to the Games section again. You will now find the game you’ve installed on the list. This is very important. If you want to earn from the featured games, you have to access them through the Giftloop app. That way, the app will be able to track your progress and reward you accordingly.

This means you will get paid as you progress through the game. In my experience though, the main drawback of this opportunity is that the rewards will become lower and lower if you play the game more. So, if you notice the rewards are getting quite small, I would recommend you stop playing it and look for other featured mobile games.

This is the recommended strategy if you want to maximize your earnings from this app.

Option 3 – Paid surveys

Giftloop also offers paid surveys so you can earn more rewards. However, the surveys you will find will come from TapResearch. So, they are essentially acting as just a survey router.

It matters little though since you will still be able to earn rewards and if you’ve been a member of survey sites and apps before, the process of answering a survey on Giftloop is pretty much the same. If there is a survey available, just press it and you will be taken to the qualifying section.

Simply answer the qualifying questions and if you qualify, you get to answer the actual survey. When you complete the actual survey, you will earn a certain number of coins.

If you fail to qualify, you just have to move on to the next survey available. When I was doing my testing though, there weren’t a lot of surveys to answer. So, don’t expect to earn a lot from this opportunity.

Option 4 – Charging your phone

Earlier, I mentioned that you’ll be able to earn from this app by doing normal things you do every day. This is actually what I’m pertaining to.

The idea behind this earning opportunity is really simple. You just have to enable this feature by going to your account settings. By default, it is already enabled, so you don’t have to do anything. But you do have the option to disable it if you don’t like this feature.

When this is enabled, if you plug your charger into your mobile device/phone, the Giftloop charging screen will be enabled. You will earn a small number of coins for every minute your phone/device is charging. And the good thing is that you won’t encounter any ads when the Giftloop charge screen is on.

So, the app really does what it claims it does, which is a good thing. But this isn’t really a high-paying earning opportunity. You’ll earn more from the paid surveys and offers found in the app. The only advantage of this feature is that you’ll get to earn coins passively.

Option 5 – Referral program

Lastly, you’ll be able to earn additional rewards through Giftloop’s referral program. All you have to do is invite people to use the app by sharing your invite link.

Once the person clicks your links and installs the app and registers, they will now become your referral. You will then earn passively because every time your referral earns coins from the app, you’ll receive a 10% commission.

It may not be much, but it’s a passive form of earning. But you do have to make sure the people you invite are really interested in using the app. Otherwise, you will not earn anything.

How do you get paid?

As explained above, you will earn coins from all the earning opportunities offered by the app. These coins will be stored in your Giftloop account balance. The question is, what can you do with the coins you’ve earned?

Well, there are several options you can choose from. You can convert your coins to various gift cards from, for example, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Sephora, and more. The smallest amount of gift card you can redeem is $0.75 from Amazon. This will cost you 27,950 coins.

You can also convert your coins to cash via PayPal. You’ll need to earn at least 169,950 to make a $6 PayPal withdrawal. The same is true for prepaid Visa cards. The threshold will also be $6 and it will require the same number of coins.

The payment methods of Giftloop are relatively simple, but as you can see, it’s quite hard to put an exact amount on the coins you need to earn to cash out because the coin-to-money conversion rate is quite irregular.

I, however, like the fact that it offers a convenient payment method like PayPal, and if you are interested in more sites/apps that offer a convenient payment method, I would recommend you also check out the top sites that pay via PayPal.

How much money can you make?

One good thing about Giftloop is that it offers plenty of ways for you to earn rewards, so you’ll most likely not run out of ways to earn. That’s why the amount you can earn from this app will mostly depend on how well the app pays.

In this regard, I would say the app doesn’t really offer high rewards. Most of the paid offers will only allow you to earn around 800 to 6,000 coins. While that may sound like a lot, you have to keep in mind that 27,950 is only equivalent to $0.75. That is why I would say the app doesn’t pay well.

The app does offer ways for you to boost your earnings every day. As you can see in the photo above, it has daily specials you can work on to earn more coins. Some will even require very little effort to do.

But if you add this to the equation, I would still say the earning potential of the app is very low. It will take quite some time before you’ll be able to earn enough coins to redeem a decent amount.

Can you use it on a desktop?

Giftloop is a mobile-only platform. That means you’ll really need to use a mobile device/phone to earn from it. So, to answer the question above, no, you can’t.

As for the app, it will only work with Android devices, so if you are an iOS user, then this app is not for you. I would suggest you check out the best money-making apps for iOS instead.

The app is relatively easy to use and it is not spammy, so the overall user experience will be quite decent. You will not have a hard time getting used to how it works.

Who can join Giftloop?

Giftloop is only available in the US. If you live somewhere else, then this is not for you.

To sign up as a member, you have to download and install the app first. Then, you’ll have to go through the registration form (refer to the photo above). You can sign up using your Facebook or Google account. You can also provide your own login details instead.

Giftloop is a legit app that will allow you to earn rewards in many ways. It has a couple of good features, but it also has a few limitations you need to keep in mind.

The main drawback of this app is the low rewards it offers. While it offers plenty of ways for you to earn, it will take quite a long time to earn a decent amount from it. So, I would say your time is not well spent.

In best case scenario, it can serve as a decent secondary app to earn from, but you have to be very patient with it because it will take a lot of time and effort to earn a decent amount.

Now, if you want to earn a significant amount in a decent span of time, I would instead suggest you check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country. The sites (and apps) in this list all have good earning potential, so you won’t have to invest a lot of time to earn a decent amount.
