Opinion Edge is a site that claims you can earn rewards by sharing your opinion. Over the years, I have tested hundreds of survey sites and apps that offer the same earning opportunity, so I know that not all of them are worth it or even legit.
Now, the question is, is Opinion Edge legit and worth it?
In this Opinion Edge review, I will show you everything it has to offer so you will know exactly what to expect from it before you even sign up.
Then, you can make an informed decision on whether you should join this platform or not.

What is Opinion Edge, and what does it offer?
Opinion Edge is a survey site that will let you earn rewards by answering surveys. And yes, it is a legit site since it will really pay you. I know this as I have been paid by it myself, and you can also see the payment proof in the video below.
However, that doesn’t mean it is necessarily worth joining for you. If you want to figure out if you should join, you must first understand how it works.
And to do that, we must take a look at the earning opportunities it offers, so you will have a clear picture of how much time and effort are needed to earn from it. The video below explains exactly how the earning opportunities of Opinion Edge work. You can also read the full details below the video.

Option 1 – Paid Surveys
The main way to earn from Opinion Edge is to answer surveys. However, since I first tested the site, it has undergone a huge update. Now, it has added an AI system that will be able to figure out which types of surveys to send your way.
What's great about this system is that it will increase your chances of qualifying for a survey, because the surveys that the site will recommend will be those that are a good fit for you. It's an interesting feature, which I haven't seen in many survey sites.
When you log in to the member dashboard, you can view all the available surveys by clicking on the My Surveys link.
The surveys are categorized into 3 types: My Offer, Prime Offer, and Quick Offer.
My Offers are just the surveys available to you. Quick Offers are just shorter and easier surveys. Prime Offers, as the name suggests, are the highest-paying surveys on the platform.

When I was testing Opinion Edge, there were a good number of surveys available, so you will almost always find opportunities to earn, which is a good thing, in my opinion. However, you must keep in mind that the availability of surveys will depend on your profile and location.
Each survey will tell you the reward you will earn, as well as the estimated time it will take to finish it.
To start earning, just pick a survey you want to answer and click it. Then, you’ll go through a set of qualifying questions so that Opinion Edge can find out if you are included in the demographic the survey was made for. This is to ensure that Opinion Edge’s clients will get useful data from the surveys.
If you qualify, you get to answer the survey. If you fail to qualify, you’ll just have to move on to the next survey available. But the good news is that you will still receive a small compensation if you get disqualified (2 to 10 points).
Not a lot of survey sites do this, so it’s a good thing because your time won’t be completely wasted. Now, if you manage to complete the survey, you will receive the promised number of points as a reward. Later, I will discuss what you can do with the points you’ve earned.
Option 2- Campaign Offers
Another way you can earn from Opinion Edge is by working on campaign offers. For this opportunity, all you have to do is watch YouTube videos and shorts. This opportunity has also undergone some major changes.
Before, you could only work on Social Media offers that would usually ask you to watch YouTube videos. But now, it has also added a “Games and Rewards” section, where you can earn additional rewards by playing various mobile games.

Some offers don't reward as much as paid surveys, but it's a way to earn additional rewards, which is why you should still work on it if you've got time and want to maximize your earnings from the site.
Plus, playing games and earning rewards at the same time can be a great way to pass the time. When I tested this opportunity, there were plenty of games to choose from. The Social Media offers are still quite limited, though.
Option 3 – Leaderboard Contests
Opinion Edge has also added an earning opportunity called leaderboard contests. This doesn't offer a guaranteed way to earn, but it can be a nice goal to set if you want to maximize your earnings.
The idea is to earn as many points as you can, so you can rank among the top earners for the day or month.

There are two types of leaderboard contests: daily and monthly. For the daily contest, the top earner will win 100 points. 2nd place will get 75 points, and the 3rd to 5th place will win 50 points.
For the monthly contest, the prizes will be significantly higher. 1st place will get 2,000 points, while the 2nd to 10th place will get 500 points. 11th to 20th will also win additional points (300 points).
Option 4 – Referral Program
Another way to earn from Opinion Edge is through its referral program. It’s a common earning opportunity among survey sites, and the way it works is that you invite people to join the site by sharing your invite link with them via email.

When the person you invite clicks the invite link and signs up as a member, they will become your referral. Opinion Edge used to offer only 20 points as a reward, but since the update, the reward has been increased to 50 points. Based on my experience, there are usually additional requirements your referral must meet for you to earn the reward.
Usually, they’ll have to complete a survey or verify their email address, and then that’s the time you’ll receive the reward.
The most important thing you need to remember is that the people you should invite are those who are really interested in earning from Opinion Edge. Otherwise, this opportunity will be a bit useless because you won’t earn anything.

How do you get paid?
As explained above, you’ll earn a certain number of points for every survey and offer you complete (as well as referrals). But what can you do with the points you’ve earned?
Well, you can use them to redeem a Tango gift card or convert them into cash via PayPal.
Before the update, PayPal was only available in certain countries. But now, it is available in more or less all countries.

Now, to redeem a reward, you’ll need to earn a specific number of points depending on your membership level. You see, Opinion Edge has four membership levels available, and you will start at level 1.
As a level 1 member, you will need to earn at least 1,000 points to redeem a $10 reward. If you reach level 2, you’ll only need to earn 500 points to redeem a $5 reward. If you reach level 3, you’ll only need to earn 100 points to redeem a reward worth $1.
Just be aware that PayPal is only available as a payout option once you reach membership level 3.
Lastly, the level 4 tier will let you redeem earnings when you've earned 100 points. This means the threshold will only be $1, which is quite a low threshold, in my opinion. The maximum amount you can redeem will also increase the higher your membership level increases.
You can graduate from Level 1 to subsequent higher levels based on your tenure, survey-taking patterns, and reconciliation rate.
Overall, Opinion Edge's payment system is relatively straightforward. However, you need to be a bit patient in the beginning because the threshold is a bit high when you first join. But if you keep being an active member, you’ll eventually be able to redeem rewards a lot quicker.
Now, if you prefer to withdraw your earnings quickly right from the start, I suggest you check out the fastest paying sites instead.
How much money can you make?
The amount you can earn from Opinion Edge will depend on how active you are on the site. As mentioned earlier, there’s a fairly good number of surveys available at any given time, so you will find plenty of opportunities to earn.
As for how much you will earn per survey, that would depend on the length of the survey. For the surveys that take about 10 minutes to complete, you’ll usually earn 50 to 100 points. For surveys that take more than 15 to 20 minutes to complete, you’ll earn around 150 to 200 points.
It’s really quite varied. Some surveys pay well, while some surveys don’t pay a lot. But overall, I would say the earning potential of Opinion Edge is pretty good, mainly because there are a good number of surveys available at any given time.
Can you use it on mobile?
Another good thing about Opinion Edge is that it has a mobile app you can download so you can answer surveys conveniently using your mobile device. So, you don’t actually have to sit in front of a computer to earn from Opinion Edge.

As for the app, it will work with both Android and iOS devices, so compatibility won’t be an issue. Its user interface is also quite intuitive, so you will easily be able to navigate it. The overall user experience it provides is quite good, in my opinion.
And if you are planning to maximize your earnings from Opinion Edge, I highly recommend you also install the app because you can then answer surveys anytime and anywhere.
Who can join Opinion Edge?
Opinion Edge is available in many countries (34 countries), but most of the opportunities will be for people who live in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico.
However, they did say when I contacted them that they are planning to add more countries to the list soon. And, after the update, it does look like it is available more or less worldwide. So, by the time you read this review, it might already be available in the country you live in, even if you live in another country.
To sign up, you must fill out the registration form. Then, you’ll need to confirm your registration by clicking on the link that will be sent to you via email. Once you’ve confirmed your registration, you can log in to the dashboard and start answering surveys.
Can you get support?
If you need help, Opinion Edge has an FAQ you can check out. If that does not answer your question, you can get in touch with its support team by sending your inquiries via email at support@opinion-edge.com.
You can also use the contact form provided by the website to submit your inquiries. Overall, I would say the site does provide decent support since it offers a couple of convenient ways for you to contact support. Plus, the support team is fairly quick to respond as well, based on my experience.
Final Verdict
Opinion Edge is a legit survey site that will let you earn rewards by answering surveys. It has a couple of good features, but it also has some limitations you need to consider.
To help you with your decision, I have summarized its pros and cons so you can get a clear overview of what Opinion Edge has to offer.

Pros:
- Has a decent number of surveys available at any given time

- You get a reward even when you do not qualify for a survey

Hi there, I’m from the United States, and I’m not able to join opinion edge, which is kind of odd, because normally, I’m able to join quite a lot of platforms that are globally friendly.
While I can understand that they might not always be accepting new members, I kind of wish that they would create a thing to join like a waitlist, similar to what prolific does.
I have double-checked with them, and they are definitely still accepting members in the US. You should contact their support and then they can help you figure out what is going on.
Keep me updated about how it goes.
same for me. what other site would you really recommend? need amazon credit but other webs dont work
I have a list of the best sites that pay in Amazon gift cards here.
Hello, Sir.
I have some basic questions about opinion edge. They don’t have PayPal for Australia and how fast do they pay generally. Thanks
They are right now rolling out PayPal to all countries, so it should become an option very soon.
As for how fast they pay after you redeem, it depends on your membership level. The first few times you withdraw it can take some days, but they later on you usually get paid quite fast.
I appreciate your fast and swift response.
You are welcome. Happy to help.
BTW – I just double-checked this with Opinion Edge and my contacts there. PayPal is already available in all countries BUT only after you reach membership level 3. The platform will soon be updated so this is explained more clearly.
You go a long way to assist people. You are sincere. God bless you, Sir
Thanks for the clarity
Happy to help.
