Recruit and Field is a website that claims you can get paid for your opinion. Now, this site isn’t just your ordinary survey site where you can just answer surveys and get paid. Don’t get me wrong, it does offer that, but there’s more to this site than meets the eye.
But the question now is, is Recruit and Field legit and really a way to earn, or is it a scam? I’ve decided to join and test it for myself and compare it to the hundreds of other similar options I have tested over the past 7 years.
This Recruit and Field review will give you all the details so you will know exactly what to expect and can easily find out if this really will be worth your time.
What is Recruit and Field, and what does it offer?
Recruit and Field is a market research company that offers ways for you to earn by participating in their research activities. And yes, it is indeed a legit site since they will really pay you to participate in the earning opportunities they offer.
But the question is, is it worth joining? To answer that, we must first understand how the site works, and the best way to do that is to examine the earning opportunity it offers.
I have, therefore, made a video that gives you an inside look and shows exactly how you can earn from Recruit & Field. You can also read all the details below the video.

The earning opportunity – Research activities
The only way to earn from Recruit and Field is to participate in any of the research activities it offers. As I’ve mentioned earlier, they offer surveys, but that’s not the only type of research activity available.

You see, aside from surveys, you can also participate in telephone interviews, shop-along interviews, face-to-face interviews, webcam interviews, online focus groups, and in-person focus groups. But among all the activities though, online surveys are by far the most common research activity.
So, don’t expect to receive invitations for the other types frequently. In fact, during my testing, I never encountered any of the other research activities. All I ever got to do were paid surveys.
Unlike most other survey sites, the site doesn’t have a member dashboard. So, everything will be done via email.
If you are qualified for a research activity, you will receive an email invitation. That email will contain information on what you need to do as well as the reward you can potentially earn when you complete the activity.
That’s why if you plan to become a member of this site, you have to make sure you check your email regularly so you do not miss any opportunities.

However, aside from checking your email inbox, you can be a bit more proactive by checking their Facebook page for any available research opportunities. As you can see in the photo above, Recruit and Field will also post their research opportunities on Facebook.
If you are interested in participating, just click the link in the post. Most of the opportunities posted on their Facebook page are paid surveys. So, expect to go through a qualifying process first since that is how paid surveys work.
The first set of questions you will answer are qualifying questions and not the actual survey yet. If you pass the qualifying process, you will get to answer the survey. The qualifying rate for this isn’t that high, though. So, don’t expect to always qualify for the opportunities posted on their Facebook page.
In my opinion, the invites you receive via email will still be your best chance of earning from this site. As for the reward you get, you will typically get paid immediately after completing the research opportunity. In the next section, I will discuss how you will get paid.

How do you get paid?
As mentioned above, every time you complete a research activity, you will immediately get paid. But how will Recruit and Field pay you?
Most of the time, you get paid via PayPal. The site will ask you for your PayPal address during the payment phase. Sometimes, you also get paid with e-gift cards. It all depends on the research activity you get invited to.
The one thing I like about their payment system is that you don’t have to reach a payout threshold before you can withdraw your earnings. Based on my experience, that’s really the benefit of sites that don’t have a member dashboard. You will immediately get paid.
If you are looking for more sites that will allow you to get paid quickly, I would recommend you also check out the fastest paying sites.
How much money can you make?
The question now is, how much money can you earn from Recruit and Field? Well, based on my experience, the amount you can earn from a site like this will mostly depend on how often you get to participate in the earning opportunities it offers.
The site pays a decent amount. Their paid surveys pay around $5 to $10, and the activities that require more effort and time to complete will usually pay you around $100 or more. That’s a significant amount of money.
But as I’ve mentioned earlier, these kinds of activities are few and far between. So really, the bulk of your earnings will come from answering paid surveys. And as I’ve explained earlier, you won’t always qualify for the surveys you get invited to.
So, even though the site does pay well, the earning potential will still not be quite that good because of the availability of its earning opportunities. But if you ever get invited to participate in the more complicated activities, you will be able to earn decent money.

Can you use it on mobile?
As I’ve mentioned earlier, the site doesn’t have a member’s dashboard you can log in to. So, after you’ve registered to the site, there’s no other purpose to keep visiting their website.
All you need to do is check your email inbox or Recruit and Field’s Facebook for earning opportunities. And both those things can be done conveniently on a mobile device. So, to answer the question above, yes, you can.
Their surveys can also be completed conveniently on a mobile device. But for activities like online focus groups, I would recommend you do it on your laptop or desktop for convenience.
Who can join Recruit and Field?
Recruit and Field is only available in certain countries, namely the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. So, if you don’t live in any of the countries mentioned above, then this site is not for you. You also have to be at least 18 years of age to join.

The site has a separate registration form for residents of the US (refer to the photo above). If you live outside the US, then the registration form you will fill out will be a Google document form that looks almost like a survey.
Their registration survey is just a way for the site to gather relevant information so that they will be able to determine the type of research activities to send your way. Think of it as a profile survey. Once you’ve submitted the survey, you will become a verified member of the site.
Then, all you need to do is wait and check your email inbox or their Facebook page frequently for opportunities to earn.
Can you get support?
Their site really doesn’t provide a lot of information regarding the earning part. I mean, their site looks professional, but it is mostly geared towards getting clients to partner with them. They have a landing page for people who are interested in earning, but that’s about it.
They don’t have a FAQ page for the earning opportunities they offer. But they do offer a way for you to get in touch with their support team. At the bottom of their website, they’ve posted the phone numbers you can call if you want to talk to a representative immediately.
You can also message their Facebook page for any inquiries you might have regarding the page. Aside from that, you can also email them at info@recruitandfield.com.
That’s why, overall, I would say the site does have a decent support system in place for its members since it offers several ways for you to communicate with their support team. But I do wish they would provide even just a FAQ page for most of the common issues or questions you will encounter when earning from the site. That would make the overall user experience a lot better, in my opinion.
Final Verdict
Recruit and Field is a legit market research site that will pay you for participating in the earning opportunities it offers. It has a couple of good features to offer, but it also has some limitations you will want to consider.
Let me finish this review by summarizing its pros and cons to give you an overview of what the site has to offer. Then, you can decide if this site is a good fit for you or not.

Pros:
- Offers payment via PayPal
- No payout threshold

Cons:
- Limited earning opportunities
- Their site lacks relevant information about the earning opportunities they offer
Recruit and Field, in my opinion, isn’t a bad site to earn from. But it’s not a good primary site to earn from. That’s because the earning opportunities it offers are quite limited. They pay a decent amount, but that won’t matter if you don’t get to earn frequently.
It can serve as a decent secondary site to earn from, in my opinion, provided you set your expectations properly. You won’t get rich from the site, and you won’t get to earn regularly. But if you ever get invited to participate in their research activities, you stand to earn decent money.
Now, if you are looking for primary sites to earn from, I would recommend you check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead. The sites on this list all have good earning potential, and a lot of them will allow you to earn on a regular basis.
Plus, you will definitely find a site you can join regardless of where you live.
