I can’t count how many apps I have tested over the years that make the same claim, so I always find it best to verify if what an app claims to offer is true or not.

So, is Vetri legit, or is it a scam?

Important update: Vetri closed or paused?

It seems Vetri has paused the earning opportunities, and at the moment, it seems you cannot even get your earnings out if you have earnings there.

However, according to a Twitter/X post on the company profile, this is only temporary.

As you can see, they say that they are currently not profitable, but they are fighting for the existence of Vetri. And they hope to be able to start running again once they have found partners.

However, there is no guarantee they will find partners, and this is something you should be aware of.

Also, I think the Twitter post lacks some important info and details, so I am quite disappointed with how they communicate about this situation.

Anyway, at the time of updating this review, it is unknown if you will be able to earn and get paid from Vetri again.

What is Vetri, and what does it offer?

As you can probably tell, Vetri is a survey app that will allow you to earn extra cash simply by answering paid surveys. It is a legit app since you will be rewarded if you participate in the earning opportunities it offers.

Now, the question is if you really can answer high-paying surveys from this app. Well, the best way to find out is to examine the earning opportunities it offers. So, here’s how to earn from Vetri.

Option 1 – Paid surveys

The primary way to earn from Vetri is to answer their paid surveys. If you’ve been a member of other survey apps or sites before, then this opportunity will be very familiar to you.

When you log in to the app, you will immediately see all the available surveys you can answer. As you can see in the photo above, you will also immediately know how many reward points you’ll earn for each survey and the approximate time it takes to complete the survey.

This is very useful information, especially when you are in a hurry, and you can only answer a couple of surveys because you can easily identify which surveys to prioritize. When answering a survey, the first thing you will need to go through is a qualifying process.

You’ll have to answer a set of qualifying questions so the app can determine if you belong to the demographic group the survey is intended for. If you qualify, you get to proceed to the actual survey. If you fail to qualify, then you just have to move on to the next survey available.

After you’ve successfully completed the actual survey, you will receive the promised reward, which will be in the form of VLD (think of this as points). I will explain later what you can do with the VLD you’ve earned.

This also means that for you to gain entry, you just have to complete any of their paid surveys. Every survey you complete will mean one entry. If you get lucky and get chosen as the winner, they will inform you via email.

As I’ve mentioned, it’s not a guaranteed way of earning, but since you don’t have to do anything special to join (apart from answering surveys), I would say it’s a nice extra chance to earn.

Option 3 – Quick polls  

I personally can’t say much about this opportunity since I wasn’t able to test it out because it was disabled during my testing. I’m not sure why but that was the case.

But based on my experience with other apps and sites that offer this kind of opportunity, the idea is really very simple. For every quick poll offered, you just have to select an answer. Then, you’ll receive a small reward.

So, don’t expect to earn a lot from this opportunity because it will literally only take you a couple of seconds to do. And that’s usually the rule with apps like this. If it doesn’t take a lot of effort to do, you don’t usually earn a lot from it. Make sure to keep that in mind in the future.

Option 4 – Referral program

Lastly, you can earn more rewards through Vetri’s referral program. All you have to do is invite people to use the app by sharing your invite code.

When you invite a person, make sure to remind them to input your code during registration. If they fail to do that, they won’t count as one of your referrals. But if they did, then they will now become your referral, and as a reward, every time they earn on Vetri, you will receive a 10% commission as a reward.

It will be covered by Vetri, and it won’t be deducted from your referral’s earnings. So, you can say that it’s a passive form of earning. You just really need to make sure the people you invite are interested in earning from this app. Otherwise, you won’t earn anything from this opportunity.

How do you get paid?

As explained above, you will earn VLD every time you complete a survey or quick poll. You will also earn this reward from your referrals. But what can you do with the VLD you’ve earned?

Well, you can use them to redeem various rewards like cash and gift cards. If you want to convert your VLD to cash, you can do so via PayPal. The payout threshold for a PayPal withdrawal will be $12.50. The same is true for an Amazon gift card. It will cost 3,749 VLD to redeem these rewards.

There are other gift cards offered, and the threshold will vary depending on the gift card you want to redeem. But most of them are worth $10 or $15 and will require 2,999 VLD and 4,499 VLD, respectively.

It will all depend on your location. Based on my experience, countries like the US, Canada, and the UK usually have the most opportunities available. So, if you live in any of the countries mentioned above, you can probably expect a decent number of surveys available at any given time.

The other factor that can affect your earnings is how well the app pays. In that regard, based on my testing, most of the surveys they offer will pay you around 100 to 300 VLD. Surveys that take longer to complete pay more, but they are few and far between.

So, the realistic amount you can expect to earn from a survey will be somewhere around $0.5 to $1 per survey. That’s not a bad rate, in my opinion, but it’s also not that good. That’s why even though the app has a relatively low payout threshold, it will still take some time to reach it because the rewards are relatively low.

That’s why, overall, I would say the earning potential of Vetri is not that good. You need to be very patient with this app, in my opinion.

The site and the app don’t tell you exactly which countries it is available in. So, the best way to find out is to check your app store and see if you can download it. Just key in Vetri in the search bar, and if the app shows up in the result, that means it is available in your country.

To register, you must first download and install the app. Then, you have to create a new user. Now, here’s the important thing to remember. The registration process of Vetri is unlike many other survey apps, where you just have to provide a username and password.

Instead, you’ll need to come up with a “seed phrase”. This is very common among crypto trading platforms. In case you are not aware of this system, a seed phrase is a set of random words you need to input to gain access to an account.

Usually, you’ll have to think of 12 random words. This will serve as your password, and they need to be typed in the exact order. That is why you must make sure you keep a copy of your seed phrase and store it in a safe location if you want to access your account from a different device.

Best-case scenario, it can serve as a decent secondary app to earn from if you live in the US, UK, or Canada because there will be a decent number of surveys available. However, don’t expect to earn a lot from it.
