Lucky Chip Spin App Review – Is it Legit? (An Honest Look)

Lucky Chip Spin Rating

Lucky Chip Spin is an app I highly recommend you stay away from. You will only be wasting your time with this one because you will never receive your earnings.

Whenever I encounter an app that claims you can easily win cash, I immediately get curious and hesitant at the same time. This is what happened when I encountered Lucky Chip Spin.

This app claims you can easily win money just by playing the game. So, I tested the app to see its features and find out whether it really does what it says it does. And let me tell you right now, there are some things you really need to know about this app.

In this Lucky Chip Spin app review, I will give you an honest look at what the app offers, so you will know if you should install it or not.

What is Lucky Chip Spin and what does it offer?

Lucky Chip Spin is an app that claims you can win money by playing their game. There are a few things you need to know about this app, and the best way to find out if it is worth it or not is to examine the earning opportunity it offers.

I have, therefore, made a video that gives you an inside look and shows exactly how you can earn from Lucky Chip Spin. You can also read all the details below the video.

The earning opportunity – Playing the game

The mechanics of the game is very simple. You drop a token on the conveyor belt (refer to the photo below) to let it push coins and money. Every time you drop a token, the conveyor belt will drop a certain number of coins and cash.

To play the game, you just have to drop tokens in the machine to collect rewards.

You are given 40 free tokens at the start. The first time I played the game, I immediately won around $20 or so and around 10,000 coins. After I used up all my free tokens, I managed to earn around $100 and 100,000 coins.

However, this made me think something was up with this app. Normally, apps that will reward you for playing don’t pay this much. But anyway, I continued my testing.

Now, when you run out of tokens to use, the app will offer ways for you to earn more tokens by watching ads. In fact, the app will ask you to watch an ad every minute or so of playing the game, which is very annoying, in my opinion.

You can watch video ads to get additional tokens.

This is where I started to understand what the app is truly about, and I will explain it in detail later. But anyway, after viewing ads, you will get free tokens you can use to play.

As for the coins you will earn, you can use them to buy items that will allow you to collect more rewards every time you drop a token.

As mentioned above, playing the game is relatively simple, but the number of ads you have to watch just makes this app unbearable to use, in my opinion.

Plus, the ads that you will have to watch are about other apps that offer kind of the same thing, so you get no value from them.

How do you get paid?

As explained above, every time you drop a token, you will supposedly earn cash. Now, the question that is probably in your mind right now is, can you withdraw what you’ve earned?

payment method of lucky chip spin
The app supposedly offers PayPal and Cash App as payment options.

The answer to this question is yes. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean you will receive what you will withdraw. As shown in the photo above, Lucky Chip Spin will allow you to withdraw your earnings via PayPal or Cash App.

But the payout threshold is unbelievably high. The smallest amount you can withdraw is $300, and the highest will be $10,000. During all my years of testing online methods of earning, I have never encountered an app or site with this high a payout threshold that isn’t problematic.

As explained earlier, you will win a pretty significant amount when you start playing the game. However, as you get closer and closer to the threshold, you will start to win less and less until you will practically not win anything.

This is called diminishing returns. It kind of didn’t surprise me when I found out about it because I was half expecting this to happen, in all honesty. Over the years, I have encountered many apps and even websites that do the same thing.

They let you win an unrealistic amount at the beginning, but over time, you will start to win less and less until you just give up. All the while, you’ve spent a lot of time watching video ads, which is what they are really after.

These apps make money by making people watch video ads, and the best way to do that is to promise people that they can win loads of cash by doing so. It’s a very misleading and unethical way to earn, in my opinion.

Now, here’s the thing. Even if you power through and hit the $300 threshold, you will still not receive your earnings. Yes, you will be able to redeem the said amount. But, what will happen is that when you withdraw your earnings, the app will just display a countdown of seven days until you will receive your withdrawal.

When the countdown hits zero, you expect to receive the amount on your PayPal account. But it will never happen. So, the bottom line is that you will not get paid.

If you are looking for apps or sites that will actually pay you, I would suggest you check out the best sites that pay via PayPal instead.

Lucky Chip Spin Red Flags

If it’s not clear by now, this app has a few red flags you need to be aware of. Let me list them down for you so you can get a clear picture of what these red flags are.

Red Flag #1 – Offering high earnings right away

Let’s be honest here. No app or website will allow you to win hundreds of dollars in just a few minutes. If they did, they would go bankrupt in a matter of hours.

That’s why when you encounter an app or site that will allow you to collect a significant amount of cash in just a matter of minutes, there will be a catch. And in this case, there will be diminishing returns the longer you keep playing the game.

Plus, as explained above, you will not actually be able to withdraw your winnings.

Red Flag #2 – Ridiculously high payout threshold

The first time I saw how high the app’s payout threshold was, I immediately knew something was up. A $300 threshold is a very unrealistic one.

Most of the time, people will just give up trying to reach the threshold because, as mentioned above, you will receive diminishing returns the longer you keep playing. So, in the end, they won’t have to pay you, but they still got you to watch the video ads (which is how they earn money).

If you look at it objectively, it’s a pretty clever way to earn, albeit an unethical one, in my opinion.

Red Flag #3 – Displays ads every time you take any action

While pushing ads is not something that you usually consider a red flag, the sheer volume of ads you have to go through while using Lucky Chip Spin is a big red flag for me. Not only does it ruin the whole user experience, in my opinion, but it also eats up a lot of your time.

So, while the game requires very little effort to play, it’s still very time-consuming because you have to sit through the ads to get what you want, which is to continue playing to win more cash.

Final Verdict

Lucky Chip Spin is an app that claims you can win real cash by playing their game. It doesn’t offer any real advantages and has a few red flags you need to be aware of.

Let me end this review by summarizing its pros and cons to give you an overview of what Lucky Chip Spin offers. That way, you will understand my recommendation for this app.

pros

Pros:

  • None

Lucky Chip Spin is an app I highly recommend you stay away from. You will only be wasting your time with this one because you will never receive your earnings.
