Moneywalk is a mobile app claiming you can earn rewards for your daily steps. It’s an interesting offer, I admit, but the question is, is it legit or just another scam to stay away from?
I decided to take it for a spin to see if it does what it claims, and in this Moneywalk app review, I will give you a detailed inside look at what it offers so you will know exactly what to expect from it.
Then, you can properly evaluate if it is truly an app worth using or not. So, let’s check out Moneywalk, shall we?
What is Moneywalk, and what does it offer?
Moneywalk is a step counter app that offers rewards for your daily steps. And yes, it is legit because it really does offer rewards. However, that fact will not always mean that it is worth using.
If you want to find out if it is worth it, you must first understand how it works. To do so, we must examine the earning opportunities it offers so you will have a clear picture of how well you can earn from it and how much time is needed to earn.
So, here’s how to earn from Moneywalk.
Option 1 – Daily Steps
The main way to earn from Moneywalk is by tracking your daily steps. All you have to do is allow the app to count the steps you take. You can do so when you install it.

Then, the app will just count the steps you take in the background. Now, to earn, you must log in to the app and press the Shoe button (refer to the photo above) to collect the points you’ve earned from the steps you’ve taken.
Just take note that the maximum points you can collect per day will only be 100 points. It will take 5,000 steps to reach that many points. If you hit the target, you must wait for the next day to begin collecting points again.
One thing I noticed, though, is that the process of collecting points is quite annoying. Every press of the Shoe button will only allow you to collect 1 point. So, if you earned the maximum number of points, you’ll have to tap that button 100 times to collect all the points.
They could have just set the collection rate to the maximum amount with every press. That would have been more convenient, in my opinion.
Option 2 – Watching Video Ads
Another way you can earn rewards is by watching video ads. Just log in to the app and click the “Get Points” button below the daily step counter (refer to the photo below). When you do this, a video ad will pop up.

You must finish watching the video ad to earn points. These ads are usually 30 to 40 seconds long, so you must be patient with them. Once you finish watching the ad, you will receive a random number of points as a reward.
There are not a lot of video ads you can watch, so your earnings from this opportunity will be quite limited. Plus, you will only be able to unlock a video ad if you’ve taken a certain number of steps (up to 5,000 steps).
Option 3 – Games
You can also earn additional points from Moneywalk’s various games. These games are quite easy to play, but most of them will involve betting a number of the points you’ve earned. So, there’s a chance you will lose the rewards you’ve earned, which is why I recommend you be careful with this opportunity.

The idea is that if you win a game, you will be able to double your points total. But again, if you lose, the points will be deducted from your account. It’s a high-risk-high-reward opportunity.
Option 4 – Referral Program
Lastly, you can earn additional points through its referral program. After you’ve verified your phone number, you will be able to invite people to join the app by sharing your invite code with them.

When they install the app, they must input your referral code to become your referral. Once they’ve done that, you’ll earn 500 points as a reward. You can only have a maximum of 15 referrals, but if your referral invites other people to join, you will also receive a small number of points as a reward.
It’s a multi-tiered referral program where you can earn a maximum of 86,250,000 points. It’s a decent way to earn points easily, but the problem is that Moneywalk is not really something I would recommend to my friends, and later, you will understand why.

How do you get paid?
As explained above, you’ll earn points from the earning opportunities Moneywalk offers. But the question is, what can you do with the points you’ve earned? Well, you can use them to redeem various rewards.

The rewards you can redeem will depend on the country you live in, but the most common type of reward is a gift card from a store/company in your country. Some countries offer cash rewards through various E-wallets.
The number of points required will also depend on the reward you want to redeem, but most of them will require at least 10,000 points to redeem. The value of the points is also quite hard to determine because there’s no fixed conversion rate.
Most rewards you can redeem are worth around $2 to $5. Overall, the payout system of Moneywalk is relatively straightforward. However, as mentioned, not all countries offer cash rewards.
If you prefer sites or apps that will let you earn cash, I suggest you check out the top sites that pay via PayPal instead.
How much money can you make?
Earlier, I mentioned that you can only earn a maximum of 100 points from from your daily steps. So, there’s always a cap to one of its earning opportunities, which makes it difficult for you to earn a significant amount quickly.
Plus, you need to take at least 5,000 steps per day to earn the maximum rewards. The only way to quickly increase the points you’ve earned is if you manage to get lucky and win the games you play on the app, thereby doubling your points total.
This is next to impossible, in my opinion, because you will eventually lose, and as a result, you’ll lose all your hard-earned points. This is why I would say the earning potential of Moneywalk is very low. It will take quite a long time before you can earn enough points just to redeem a small amount.
Can you use it on a desktop?
Moneywalk is a mobile-only app, so you will need to use a mobile device to earn from it. And considering the earning opportunities it offers, you will never find a need to use a computer to earn.

As for the app, it’s relatively user-friendly, but I do have to warn you that there are a lot of ads shown inside the app, so you might accidentally click some of them while using it. This can be a bit annoying, in my opinion, and it makes the overall user experience unpleasant as well.
Who can join?
The app or its website doesn’t tell you which countries it is available in, but from what I can see, it is available more or less globally, so you should be able to sign up as a member anywhere in the world.
As for the registration process, you have to install the app first. Then, when you open the app for the first time, you’ll just have to accept the terms and conditions to proceed. Once you’ve done this, you can actually log in to the app and start earning.
However, you must verify your phone number so that you can use the full features of the app. So, in essence, you will need to provide your phone number to register as a member of Moneywalk.
Can you get support?
If you have questions about the app, you will have to contact support to have them resolved since it doesn’t have a FAQ or Help page you can check out. The only problem is that you also won’t find the contact information for their support team inside the app.
You have to go to the app’s Google Play page just to get the email address for their support team, which is contact@moneywalk.app. So, I would say it doesn’t provide good support to its members since it doesn’t offer an easily accessible way for you to contact support.
Final Verdict
Moneywalk is a step-counter app that will let you earn rewards from your daily steps. It has a few decent features, but it has many drawbacks you must consider.
To end this review, let me summarize its pros and cons so that you can get a clear overview of what it offers. Then, you can decide if it is truly worth it or not.

Pros:
- Offers a simple way to earn
- Available worldwide

Cons:
- Contains a lot of ads
- Offers low rewards
- Not all countries offer cash rewards
In my opinion, Moneywalk is not worth using mainly due to the low rewards it offers. It will take a lot of time just to redeem a reward. You are better off investing your time into apps or sites with better earning potential, in my opinion.
And if you are looking for a fitness app to help motivate you to achieve your fitness goals, then there are also better options out there, in my opinion. I recommend you check out the best fitness apps to earn from instead if that’s what you are looking for.
Now, if you just want to earn extra cash, I suggest you check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead. The apps and sites on this list all have good earning potential, so you will be able to earn a decent amount in no time. Plus, most (if not all) of them offer cash rewards.
