Are you looking for an interesting way to earn extra cash? If so, there’s an app called Redquanta that claims you can earn extra cash by being a mystery shopper.
If in case you don’t know what a mystery shopper is, it is a paid consumer who is hired to shop in designated stores. They are asked to collect data and provide feedback. It’s definitely a fun and interesting way to earn.
But is this app even legit or is it just a scam? That’s what this Redquanta app review aims to find out. And if it is really legit, it will then evaluate if the app is really worth using or not.
So, let’s go ahead and take a closer look at Redquanta, shall we?
What is Redquanta and what does it offer?
As mentioned above, Redquanta is a mystery shopping app that will pay you for completing mystery shopping missions. This means you will have to go out of the house. So, if you are looking for something that you can do at home, then this is not for you.
Now, in order to fully understand how Redquanta works, we have to take a closer look at the earning opportunity it offers. Doing so will also give you a glimpse of how well you can earn from this app which will help you decide if this is the right opportunity for you or not. So, here’s how to earn from Redquanta.
The earning opportunity – Mystery shopping missions
The only way to earn from Redquanta is to take on their shopping missions. But before you can do that, you will have to undergo their basic training. To take the training, just log in to their member dashboard. If it’s your first time logging in, Redquanta will ask you to undergo the training session first.
Now, if you are thinking it’s a very long training process, then you are mistaken. Their training will actually only take 5 minutes to complete. It’s a relatively short training session where you will be asked to read a few paragraphs and answer a few questions.
I would even say this training is pretty useless because you won’t really learn a lot from it. It only presents the basics of what a mystery shopper is. But anyway, you have to go through this training before you can begin taking on missions.
Once you are done with the training, you will be taken to their missions dashboard (refer to the photo above). Here you will find all the available missions you can take on.
As you can see in the photo above, there’s a map of where you are located (it will default to the zip code you provided during registration).
If you see a mission you are interested in doing, just click it and you will see the mission details. Make sure you read the details and understand them fully before you take on the mission.
After you’ve read and understood what the mission is asking you to do, you have to set your preferred date of doing the mission and then click the “Apply” button at the bottom. You have to wait for confirmation from Redquanta before you start the mission (it usually doesn’t take more than 24 hours).
Once you are accepted as a mystery shopper, you have 24 hours to complete it. When I say complete, that means you have to have submitted all the deliverables required. Then, Redquanta will evaluate your work. If your submission is approved, you will receive the appropriate compensation (I will talk about how you will get paid next).
But what if you have to cancel the mission because there’s something else you have to do? Well, you have that option. You just have to get in touch with Redquanta and inform them of the cancellation. But make sure not to do it at the last minute.
Also, frequent cancellation of missions will lead to you being banned from Redquanta. So, don’t be too trigger-happy when canceling missions. I would only suggest you do this if there’s a real emergency. That’s why it is important to set the preferred date carefully so you avoid canceling.

How do you get paid?
When doing missions, you will eventually have to spend your own money. But Redquanta will reimburse you for it. It will be included in the reward for completing a mission. So, if you see a mission that offers a relatively high reward, which would also mean you’d have to spend a significant amount to complete it.
This also means you will get paid in cash for every mission you complete. It will be paid via PayPal, internet payment service, or direct credit.
Once you’ve successfully completed a mission, a payment notification will be sent to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone mentioned in your shopper profile.
However, there’s an alarming rate of negative feedback regarding payments from Redquanta. The photo shown above is feedback from members who have successfully completed missions but were not paid anything.
I can’t really say what the cause for the payment delays is (it might be because of the pandemic that they have stopped their operations for a bit, but that’s just my guess), but it is a genuine concern that you won’t get paid immediately. It’s one of the red flags of this app, in my opinion.
So, it’s hard to recommend this app due to this negative feedback from members. I would instead suggest you check out the top sites that pay via direct bank transfer because these sites will definitely pay you on time.
How much money can you make?
The thing with mystery shopping apps is, you can’t really expect to earn a certain amount on a regular basis. It will all depend on your location. If you are located in an area where there are plenty of missions available, then you stand to earn a decent amount.
But if you aren’t, then this will be next to useless for you. As for their compensation rate, it’s fairly decent but it’s not the best out there. You will typically earn around $20 to $50 per mission, but you do have to consider that this will already include the reimbursement. So, that’s not the gross profit you will receive.
That’s why overall, I would say the earning potential of Redquanta isn’t really that great. There are better mystery shopping sites that have better earning potential.
Can you use it on a desktop?
Redquanta has a desktop version of its member dashboard. So, you’ll be able to log in to your account from your laptop or desktop. However, it’s not really the ideal way to work on missions. I would really recommend you use your mobile device when working on missions because you can go over the mission details anytime.
Their app is available for download on both Android and iOS app stores. So, you shouldn’t encounter any compatibility issues. The app is also user-friendly, so you will easily get used to it.
As for the desktop version of their member dashboard, it is also relatively easy to use. So overall, the user experience is relatively pleasant, in my opinion.
Who can join Redquanta?
Redquanta is only available in these countries: Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, France, India, Nepal, UAE, and the US. So, if you don’t live in any of the countries mentioned, then Redquanta is not for you.
To sign up as a member, just fill out their registration form. You will also have to provide your mobile number. Take note that this number will be used for payment notifications. So, make sure to provide your own number and not a fake one.
Once you are done with the registration form, Redquanta will send an email with the confirmation link. Just click the confirmation link to complete the process. Then, you can log in to their member dashboard and I would suggest you go through the training session right away.
As mentioned earlier, it won’t take more than 5 minutes to complete.
Can you get support?
If you have any questions about Redquanta or your account, you can refer to their FAQ page and Knowledgebase first. You might find the answers you are looking for since they do discuss important topics about Redquanta on those pages.
Unfortunately, their mystery shopping landing page doesn’t have a contact form you can use or even an email address you can contact. So, if you have inquiries, I would suggest you use the contact form provided on their main website.
Overall, while they do have a decent support page, I would still say they don’t have a decent support system in place for their members since they don’t really provide an accessible way for you to communicate with their support team. They could even just provide an email address for you to use if they don’t want to put a contact form on their app and website. That would have been better, in my opinion.
Redquanta is a mystery shopping app that will reward you for taking on mystery shopping missions. It has a few good features but it has quite some drawbacks you also need to be aware of.
Let me wrap up this review with a summary of its pros and cons so you can get an overview of what Redquanta has to offer. That way, you can decide if you should use it or not.
- Offers an interesting way to earn
- arning opportunities offered
- Has quite a lot of negative feedback regarding payments
- They don’t offer any accessible way for you to get in touch with their support team
Overall, Redquanta is not a great mystery shopping platform, in my opinion. It doesn’t have a lot to offer. Plus most of the feedback regarding their payment system is negative, which is very alarming.
That’s why I don’t recommend you join this platform. There are simply far better options out there. And speaking of better options, I would recommend you check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead.
All the sites on this list have good earning potential and you will be guaranteed to earn cash or gift cards. Plus, you will definitely find a site you can join regardless of where you live.
