Smashoid is a website that claims you can earn by writing articles for them. I’m always looking for new ways to earn money online, and this kind of claim always intrigues me.

So, I decided to examine Smashoid to see what it offers and share everything in this review. That way, you will know exactly what to expect from it, and you can properly gauge if this is worth it or not.

Once you’ve written the article, you will have to log in to the member dashboard and post it. After you’ve done that, Smashoid will review it, and if everything is according to their guidelines, they will publish your article under the appropriate category.

Getting your article published doesn’t actually mean you’ll get paid. You see, to earn from your article, it must reach 1,000 views. But that’s not all. It has to reach 1,000 views from a specific country for you to earn.

For example, as shown in the photo above, if your article was viewed at least 1,000 times by people who live in Angola, you will earn $15. The rate will be different per country.

While the amount you will get paid might sound like a lot, it’s relatively low. You have to keep in mind that you need to reach 1,000 views per country before you can earn from your article.

And reaching that number is not as easy as you might think. You have to lay out the groundwork to get the views, and that will take a lot of time. You will have to promote your articles on various platforms like social media sites.

As explained above, you will only earn if you reach 1,000 views from any country. Let me paint you a scenario of how you will actually earn.

For example, if you manage to get 800 views from the US, 1,100 views from Canada, and 1,200 views from Australia. While you might think that you managed to get 3,000 views, you will only actually get paid for the views from two countries, Canada and Australia.
