It’s an enticing way to earn, I admit, but the question is, is it worth it?
In this Zintro review, I will discuss everything it offers so you will know what to expect from it before you sign up. Then, you can properly gauge if what it offers is for you or not.

What is Zintro, and what does it offer?
Zintro is a website that allows you to earn money by working as a consultant. And yes, it is legit because you can really earn from the opportunity it offers. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean it is worth your time.
To determine if Zintro is worth it, we must first understand how it works. And to do so, we have to take a look at the earning opportunity it offers so you will have a clear understanding of how much time and effort is needed to earn from it.
So, here’s how to earn from Zintro.
The earning opportunity – Consulting projects
The only way to earn from Zintro is to accept consulting projects. There are two ways you can do so.
First, you can wait for Zintro to match you with a project that fits your expertise, or you can be more proactive and look for projects you can work on (refer to the photo above).
If you are going to do the latter, you must click the “Browse Open Projects” link to view all the available projects. Projects can vary in type. There are full-time job opportunities, phone consultations, project-based opportunities, and surveys.
You can filter the projects displayed according to the project type so you can quickly see all the relevant listings. If you see a project you are interested in, just send a reply indicating you are willing to work on it. Then, just wait for the owner of the project to contact you if they are interested in hiring you.
If you get chosen for the project, all you have to do is do what is asked of you. Most of the time that will involve taking calls from the project owner because, after all, you’ll be working as a consultant.
Now, if you get matched with a project, it will show up on the “Matches” section of the dashboard. Simply accept the invitation if you are interested in it.
Every project will indicate how much you will earn to complete it. Most of the time, you’ll be paid a certain amount per hour. But if you accept a full-time position, your salary will be handled by the company that hired you and not Zintro.
In the next section, I will discuss how you will get paid. The main thing I noticed with Zintro is that finding opportunities that will suit your expertise can be difficult because the topics of the projects are very varied.
Realistically speaking, you can expect to be matched with around three to four projects per year. At least, that’s the feedback I got from longtime members. But the availability of projects will really depend on the expertise you’ve chosen. Later, I will explain what this implies.

How do you get paid?
All the projects available on Zintro will allow you to earn a certain amount. And once they are completed, you will receive the compensation via the payment option you’ve chosen (refer to the photo below). Just keep in mind that this will be for phone consultation and survey projects. For full-time positions, payment will be handled by the company that hired you.
With Zintro, you can get paid through Dots or Payoneer. I personally can’t say how Dots works because I haven’t tried it yet, but it says on its website that it can transfer payments via direct bank transfer, PayPal, and more. So, it might be a convenient option for you.
You’ll receive the payment usually after 3 to 10 business days of completing the project (but the average is 6 business days). Another thing you need to keep in mind is that you’ll receive the full amount because Zintro will not deduct a percentage from your earnings.
They earn money by charging companies/individuals who are looking for consultants. This is why I would say its payout system is relatively straightforward. I like the fact that it offers a convenient payout option like Payoneer.

How much money can you make?
The amount you can earn from Zintro will depend on how many projects you can complete. But as I’ve mentioned earlier, it can be quite hard to find opportunities to earn. If you are an expert in several fields, your chances of earning will be higher.
But if you are only an expert in one field, finding opportunities to earn can be challenging. So, it’s not something you can regularly earn from.
But the best thing about Zintro is that the amount you can earn per project will be quite significant. On average, you can earn around $100 to $250 per hour when working on projects. Of course, these are for phone consultation projects. For survey-type projects, your earnings will be slightly less but still more than what you can earn from a survey site.
This is to be expected because earning from Zintro requires specific knowledge. That’s how it usually is with specialty sites, based on my experience.
But overall, even though the pay is good, its earning potential is still not that great because of the limited opportunities to earn. That’s why it’s not something you should expect to regularly earn from.
Can you use it on mobile?
Zintro doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but the website can be accessed on a mobile phone because it is optimized for mobile use. So, you can check if there are projects available that will fit your expertise even when you are not in front of your computer.
This can significantly increase your chances of earning because you can get to projects quickly. Plus, the overall user experience it offers is generally pleasant.
Who can join Zintro?
Zintro is available more or less worldwide, so you can sign up as a member anywhere in the world. To register, you just need to fill out the registration form.
Then, you’ll be asked to indicate your area of expertise. You can indicate multiple areas of expertise, but only if you really are an expert in multiple fields. While the site will not immediately be able to verify your expertise, it will still find out if you are lying because every time you work on a project, you’ll have to pass a screener test before you can start working on it.
If you keep failing a screener test for the expertise you choose, they’ll stop matching you with projects. So, there’s no point in lying just to increase your chances of earning. With this kind of site, it is in your best interest to always be honest.
After you are done signing up, you can log in to the dashboard and set up your payout method. Once this is done, you can start looking for projects to work on.
Can you get support?
If you have questions about Zintro, you can supposedly check out their Knowledgebase or Help Center. But every time I click those links, they will not load. I’m not exactly sure if it’s just temporary or if they have stopped providing support, but that’s what happened when I was testing the site.
In my opinion and experience, it severely impacts the user experience because if a site can’t even maintain its Help Center page, you’ll have to keep contacting support if you have questions. However, if their FAQ or Help page is accessible, members can just check it out for questions.
It can reduce the instances of having to contact support. Be that as it may, they do provide a way for you to contact support. You can use the contact form provided, or you can email your inquiry directly to support@zintro.com.
