Since it is a survey site, you can earn by completing paid surveys. But what's unique about the surveys you answer is that you're like chatting with another person.

How do you get paid?

Angus Reid Forum uses points as the currency on its website. For every paid survey you complete, you will earn a specific number of Angus Reid points.

As you can see in the photo above, you need to reach 2,500 points (equivalent to $25) before you can redeem them for rewards.

It can take some time to get there, depending on how active you are, but if you take as many as you can and stay consistent, it will not take too long.

Also, they do have regular point boosts and an ongoing “surprise and delight” program that can help you reach the threshold faster, so keep an eye out for these opportunities.

Once you reach the payment threshold, you can redeem it for an Amazon, Best Buy, Boston Pizza, Cineplex, iTunes, or other gift card. You can also redeem a prepaid Visa card or PayPal cash.

You can only redeem rewards in increments of 2,500 points ($25). It's not the most convenient method in my opinion, because you have to keep waiting for your point balance to reach 2,500 to redeem rewards.

They also mention you have to allow up to 2 weeks for processing of the rewards you have redeemed, which is a bit slow for an electronic gift card. However, in my experience, the payment is often processed faster (usually within a few days).

Overall, I would say its payout system is convenient. However, the threshold is quite high, so you'll need to be a bit patient.

How much money can you make?

The amount of money you can make from a survey site will always depend on the number of invites you receive, the number of surveys you decide to take, and the number of surveys you qualify for.

According to the Angus Reid Forum, you are guaranteed at least one survey invite per month, so it can take some patience to reach the threshold.

But most members will receive at least one survey invite per week, and many receive them even more.

They mention that the maximum reward you can earn for a survey is 500 points ($5), but of course, that will not be for every survey, but it does have some quite high-paying surveys.

Who can join Angus Reid Forum?

Angus Reid Forum has 2 different platforms for 2 different countries. They have Angus Reid Forum Canada and Angus Reid Forum USA.

Overall, this is one of the simpler ways to register for a survey site. The registration form isn't very long, and the confirmation process is fairly fast.

You do have to make sure you update your profile once you are logged in to their member dashboard. You have to do this to get the best possible chance of receiving survey invites. There will be a profile survey that is worth 100 points, so you'll get a head start with the points you earn.

One thing to remember is that you have to respond to a survey within the last 6 consecutive months to keep your account active. Otherwise, they will terminate your account, and all the points you've accumulated will be forfeited.

Can you get support?

One good thing I can say about Angus Reid Forum is that its FAQ section covers most of the relevant questions a new member or anyone interested should be asking.
