Is Blockreward Legit or a Scam? (Real User Review)

Blockreward Rating

Blockreward is not worth your time. If your goal is to earn rewards online, there are better options out there. This site simply doesn’t provide enough good reasons for you to sign up for it.

Blockreward is a website that claims you can earn rewards for doing simple online activities.

When I saw this on their website,  the first question that ran through my mind was if it really is legit or just another scam to stay away from.

This is always the question I ask when I see a site that offers an earning opportunity that sounds too good to be true. So, to figure out if it is legit and worth it, I decided to try it out and, in this review, I will reveal everything the site offers so you will know exactly what to expect.

Then, you can properly evaluate if it is a site that is worth joining or not. So, let’s begin.

What is Blockreward, and what does it offer?

Blockreward is a GPT site that will reward you for answering surveys, completing offers, and more. And yes, it is legit because you can really earn rewards from it.

But the fact that it is legit doesn’t automatically make it a site that is worth your time. To find out if you should sign up as a member of Blockreward, the first step is to understand how it works. The only way to do so is to evaluate the earning opportunities it offers so you will have a clear idea of how much time and effort is needed to earn from it.

So, here’s how to earn from Blockreward.

Option 1 – Paid Surveys

One way to earn from Blockreward is by answering surveys. To view the surveys available, you must log in to the dashboard, click the Earn section, and hit Surveys. Then, you have to complete your profile by answering a series of profile questions.

Once that’s done, Blockreward will show you all the surveys that match your profile. Just choose a survey and click Start. A new tab will open, and you will be redirected to the survey website. Complete the survey within that website, and do not use the back or forward buttons in your browser.

If you complete the survey, you will be redirected back to Blockreward with a “Survey completed” message. As a reward, you’ll receive a certain number of reward points when you complete a survey.

If you are screened out or disqualified from the survey, you will still be redirected back to the Blockreward site, but this time with a “Survey screenout” message. You will not earn anything if you get disqualified from a survey. You’ll just have to move on to the next survey available (if there are any).

There are not a lot of surveys available, so it’s quite hard to earn regularly from this opportunity. One thing you need to know about Blockreward is that it used to have a Chrome extension you could use to answer surveys even when you are not logged in to the member dashboard.

However, that extension has since been removed from the Chrome web store, and I’m not sure why. But based on my experience, these extensions disappear from the web store because they have violated the terms and conditions of the web store or the developer simply pulled it out of the store for certain reasons.

So, this feature is not available anymore.

Option 2 – Paid Offers

Another way to earn from Blockreward is by working on paid offers. These offers are just short tasks you can complete to earn more rewards. Usually, these offers will ask you to download mobile apps or games, watch videos, and sign up for free trials.

They are usually quite easy to complete, but they tend to take some time compared to paid surveys. So, this is not something you can earn from quickly. To start the process, just click on any offer you are interested in and read the instructions.

Make sure to follow all the instructions provided because if you miss one step, you won’t be able to complete the offer and earn the reward, which will be in the form of reward points (or RP, as the site calls it). Later, I will discuss what you can do with the reward points you’ve earned.

This is the type of opportunity that will let you earn regularly, but as mentioned, they do take some time to complete.

Option 3 – Leaderboard Contest

You can earn additional rewards if you manage to become one of their top earners for the week. The idea is really simple. You must earn as many reward points as possible within the week. If you are among the top 10 earners, then you will receive a prize from Blockreward, which also be in the form of reward points.

It’s a simple process, but it’s not that easy being one of the top earners because you’ll have to invest a significant amount of time to become one. The prizes for the top earners will be displayed beside their names in the Leaderboard section of the dashboard.

Option 4 – Referral Program

Lastly, you can earn additional rewards from its referral program. They are not quite clear on the details of their referral program, but the mechanics are pretty much the same as those of any other referral program.

You share your referral link with the person you want to invite, and when they click the link and sign up as a member of Blockreward, they will become your referral. However, they must meet a certain condition for both parties to earn the referral bonus.

Normally, the condition will be that your referral earns a certain amount from the website, so you must make sure that the people you invite are interested in earning from Blockreward. Otherwise, this opportunity will be quite useless.

But personally, Blockreward is not something I would recommend to my friends, and later, you will understand why.

How do you get paid?

As explained above, you’ll earn reward points from the earning opportunities Blockreward offers. So, the question now is, what can you do with the reward points you’ve earned?

payout options of blockreward
You can get paid in crypto or various gift cards.

Well, you can use them to redeem various crypto and gift cards. The conversion rate is 1,000 RP equals $1. The threshold you must reach to redeem a reward will depend on the reward you’ve chosen, but the lowest threshold available is $1, which is quite low, in my opinion.

However, that doesn’t necessarily translate to being able to withdraw your earnings quickly (more on this later). Overall, I would say its payout system is relatively convenient, but you need to know that it doesn’t offer cash rewards.

If you prefer to earn cash, I suggest you check out the top sites that pay via PayPal instead.

How much money can you make?

The amount you can earn from Blockreward will depend on how much time you are willing to invest.

As for how much you can earn from surveys, it will vary from country to country. When I was testing the site, it was in the range of 100 to 300 reward points per survey. To put that into perspective, the rewards per survey are only around $0.10 to $0.30, which is quite a low rate, in my opinion.

The rates in your country might be lower or higher, but they won’t be too far off the range mentioned above.

Paid offers usually pay less than surveys, and if there are ever any offers that pay more, they usually take a long time to finish, which means you are not earning efficiently. This is the main reason why even though Blockreward has a low threshold, it’s still useless because it will take quite some time before you can redeem any reward.

Overall, I would consider its earning potential to be very low, which is the main reason why it’s not something I would recommend to my friends.

blockreward mobile version

Can you use it on mobile?

Blockreward doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but you can still access the member dashboard from a mobile phone because it is optimized for mobile use, so you can work on earning opportunities conveniently.

Plus, at some point, you’ll need to use your mobile device if you want to maximize your earnings from the site because you’ll have to work on offers that will ask you to install mobile games and apps. The dashboard is a bit intuitive, so you can navigate it easily.

The overall user experience it provides is generally pleasant because you won’t encounter any annoying pop-up ads. However, keep in mind that you’ll have to deal with a lot of browser tabs opened when working on the site, which can be quite annoying when you are on a mobile phone.

Who can join Blockreward?

Blockreward is available in specific countries. The photo below shows which countries it is available in.

how to join blockreward
Blockreward is only available in specific countries.

As you can see, it is only available in 27 countries (i.e., US, UK, Switzerland, Canada, Denmark, Finland, and more), so if your country is not listed in the photo, then this site is not for you.

When you try to sign up, and your country is not on the list, the site will just tell you that it is not available in your region. And if you try to use a VPN to bypass this condition, the site will be able to detect that you are using a VPN and decline your registration.

As for the sign-up process, it’s relatively straightforward. Just follow the instructions, and you will be done in less than a minute. Once you are done registering, you can log in to the dashboard and start earning.

Can you get support?

If you have questions about the site, you can check out the Help section. It discusses most of the basic topics you need to know about Blockreward.

But if you can’t find the answers you need, you can contact their support team instead. You can do so by submitting a support request on the same Help page. Overall, I would say it does provide the minimum required support since it provides a convenient way for you to ask for help.

Final Verdict

Blockreward is a legit GPT site that will reward you for answering surveys and completing offers. It has a couple of decent features, but it has a few limitations you must take into account.

Let me conclude this review by summarizing its pros and cons so you can see a clear overview of what it offers. Then, you can determine if it is truly worth it or not.

pros

Pros:

  • Offers a decent number of earning opportunities
cons

Cons:

  • Offers low rewards
  • Doesn’t offer cash rewards
  • Their browser extension is not available anymore

In my opinion, Blockreward is not worth your time. If your goal is to earn rewards online, there are better options out there. This site simply doesn’t provide enough good reasons for you to sign up for it.

It offers very low rewards, and it doesn’t offer cash payout options. So, you are better off checking out the best survey and GPT sites in your country instead. The sites and apps on this list all have significantly better earning potential than Blockreward, so you can earn a decent amount quickly.

Most (if not all) of them also offer cash rewards. Plus, you will definitely find a site or app you can join regardless of where you live.
