Well, you can convert them to cash via PayPal, Venmo, or even via direct bank transfer. Just be aware that some of these options are not available in all countries, but from what I can see, the most common option among all countries will be PayPal.

You also have the option to convert your earnings to a gift card or even an actual prepaid Visa card. But again, these reward options will depend on your country.
