Is PrizesLab Legit or Not? (Full Details)

PrizesLab Rating

PrizesLab is a legit GPT site that pays you for completing surveys and offers. It has both pros and cons. Overall, with some patience, it can be a way to earn some extra cash on the side, but there are just many better options.

PrizesLab is a Get-Paid-To (GPT) website that claims to reward you for completing surveys and taking offers.

But is PrizesLab legit and really a way to earn or a scam to stay away from? T

hat's the first question you need to ask.

Now, let me just tell you right away that PrizesLab is legit. But that doesn't necessarily mean it is the right site for you to join.

This PrizesLab review will show you everything it has to offer so you know exactly what to expect and can determine if this site is really a good option for you or not.

So, let's get this review started.

What is PrizesLab, and what does it offer?

As mentioned above, PrizesLab is a GPT site that promises to reward you for doing different online micro-tasks.

The company behind the site is called ThinkOpinion Market Surveys, and it is also the company that is behind the GPT site Think Opinion.

It is a legit company, so you know you will get paid for participating (as long as you do everything honestly, of course).

Option 1 – Paid Surveys

Paid surveys are one of the ways you can earn from PrizesLab.

You can choose between daily surveys and just surveys.

Prizeslab Surveys Overview
You can choose between two different types of surveys.

This can be a bit confusing, but the difference is that the daily surveys are surveys you can try again every day

The category that is just called surveys are one-time surveys.

You just need to know that the paid surveys they offer don't actually come from them. These surveys are actually provided by other sites that have partnered with them.

In reality, they act as a survey router. What happens is that when you click a survey offer, you will be redirected to the actual site that offers the survey.

You will then have to answer pre-qualifying questions before you can proceed to the actual survey. They do this to check if you are among the target demographic that they are looking for.

This is actually a good method, in my opinion, because it saves you time. It's better than having to answer the survey and then find out in the end that you did not qualify. So basically, you just wasted several minutes answering a survey you won't get a reward for.

PrizesLab tells you how much you will get for each survey before you start, but you can, unfortunately, not see how long it will take. Once you have completed the surveys, you will get the reward into your PrizesLab account.

The downside is that it can sometimes take some patience to find the surveys you qualify for.

But the advantage is that you have access to quite a lot of surveys on the same platform. And PrizesLab does offer quite a lot of surveys.

So, it can be a way to earn here – just be aware that you need to choose the surveys you take wisely.

Some of them give very decent rewards compared to if you take surveys on other platforms, but others are quite a bit lower compared to other sites.

Option 2 – Paid Offers

Paid offers is another way for you to earn rewards on PrizesLab.

Prizeslab Offerwalls Overview
PrizesLab has a lot of offerwalls to choose from.

Paid offers is one of the most common earning opportunities on GPT sites. Paid offers will ask you to complete certain tasks like signing up for a website, watching ads, starting a free trial, answering quizzes, playing games, downloading apps, and more.

Most of the tasks are pretty straightforward except for starting a free trial or demo. This one needs a bit of your attention, mainly because most of these free trials will require that you input your credit card information.

What happens is that before you can start the trial, you will need to provide your credit card information. Of course, they won't charge you for doing the trial. But the tricky part is that the free trial has a duration. Usually, it's one month, but some trials are shorter.

After the trial duration is over, the site will automatically charge you for the renewal if you did not cancel your subscription. This is what you need to look out for.

So when you sign up for a free trial, you need to make sure you take note of the duration and then cancel it before it ends to avoid being charged. I just thought it would be something that you need to be on the lookout for in case you do this type of offer.

But if you are aware of this and make sure to read the conditions, you can actually find some pretty good rewards here sometimes.

In my opinion, paid offers can actually be a great way to boost your earnings on GPT sites.

If you combine these offers with the paid surveys, you will overall get good earning opportunities.

And PrizesLab definitely gives you access to a lot of different offerwalls. If you are a member of other GPT sites, you will probably recognize some of them.

But you can also find offerwalls here that are not available on many other sites. So, if you choose the offers carefully, it definitely can be a way to boost your earnings.

Option 3 – Referral Program

PrizesLab also has a referral program for you to earn some passive income if you invite other people to join.

Their referral program, also known as an affiliate program, has a two-tier structure.

You will be able to earn 15% of your direct referral's income. The direct referral is the individual who used your referral link to sign up for PrizesLab.

You will also be able to earn 5% of the income of your direct referral's referral. This is the second tier of their referral program.

In my opinion, this is one of the better referral program structures being used. Although this will all depend on how active your referrals are on the website, it is still a nice way to earn some money without having to do anything.

What you earn will not affect the earnings of your friend. He/she will still get the same money, but the percentage is paid by PrizesLab to thank you for inviting someone else.

Option 4 – Regular Contests

There is a section on their homepage saying they hold regular contests, and they supposedly have 2 different types of contests.

Prizeslab Contests
Sometimes they supposedly have contests.

One where the top earners from offerwalls will get extra rewards and one where the people that refer the most friends get an extra reward.

However, they do not mention how often they have these contests. As of writing this review, they do not have any active contests, and when you click to see the past contests, there is also none.

So it seems that the plan is to have these contests once in a while, but it is something they have not really launched yet.

How do you get paid?

Now that you know the earning opportunities on PrizesLab, let's talk about the next most important aspect, which is how you will get paid.

With PrizesLab, you will only be able to withdraw your earnings via PayPal in most countries.

Payout Methods On Prizeslab
In most countries, you can get paid in PayPal cash.

They mention on their homepage again that they offer crypto-payments and hundreds of virtual gift cards as rewards, but I can't find these options after logging in, so this will likely depend on the country you live in.

Also, you need to be aware that you need a verified PayPal account to be able to get paid. In India, you also need to verify your identity further by uploading ID to prove your identity.

Once you accumulate points by doing paid surveys, offers, and referrals, you can then convert the points you've accumulated (since PrizesLab uses a point system for its rewards) into cash.

The minimum amount of withdrawal for PayPal in their system is $5 is most countries. But in some countries, you can withdraw already when you have earned $3.

That's actually a pretty low payment threshold, which would make them one of the quickest paying survey sites.

How much money can you make?

So now you know how you can get paid on PrizesLab, the next thing to consider is how much money you can make?

Let me just say right away: don't expect to earn a lot from PrizesLab. You definitely can earn some cash on the side, but if you are looking for a way to make a living, this is not the right option for you.

prizeslab payment
You need to convert the points you've earned to money you can withdraw.

As you can see in the photo above, 1 point is equivalent to $0.01.

So, if you see a survey or offer that will give you 50 points, you will get $0.50.

Some of the offers and surveys pay decently, but you have to choose carefully as some of them have quite low rewards.

So you definitely can earn some extra cash, but you need to do it with the right expectations, and it can take some patience to earn here.

If you are looking for GPT sites that will allow you to earn more, I suggest you check out the top paying GPT sites.

Can you use it on mobile?

Mobile With Prizeslab Website

There is no mention on their website about a PrizesLab app you can download to your mobile device so you can work on it even when you're not at home.

But you will be able to access their website with your mobile device by using a mobile browser. The good news is that their site actually looks like it is optimized for mobile use.

You will be able to view all the content without having to zoom in or out of the page. That at least allows you to work on earning points even when you are on the go.

Plus, there are actually offers that will ask you to do some stuff on your mobile device. So, you will get more opportunities to earn reward points.

And may I add, the mobile version of their site actually looks better than many other GPT sites, in my opinion.

The only real issue with their website is the lack of information, which makes it a less user-friendly site.

Who can join PrizesLab?

During the registration process, you can see you can choose between more or less any country as your location. So that means that you will be able to register regardless of where you live.

It does ask you to input your date of birth, and the last year you can select is 2003, which leads me to believe that the minimum age required in order to register is 16 years old.

As with any other GPT and survey site, the use of VPN or proxy or anything like this to try and cheat the system will be detected, and they will ban you immediately.

They clearly write this in the joining process, so do not consider cheating, as you will then lose your earnings.

Can you get support?

One good thing about their website is their support system.

prizeslab support
You can use the contact form to talk to their customer support.

They have a ticketing system in place. If you encounter any problems with your account, you can just create a new ticket and send in your questions.

You will also be able to track the status of the ticket you've submitted. In my opinion, this is one of the better customer support systems that a site can use.

It makes tracking your queries a whole lot easier.

But the best place to start if you need any help is their a FAQ section. It gives answers to the most common questions, but it could be a bit more thorough, in my opinion.

I have been in contact with their support several times, and they are quite quick at responding.

Also, the company behind has several times come to my website and replied to questions or concerns members had left in the comment section here.

Final Verdict

PrizesLab is a legit GPT site that really does pay you for completing offers and taking surveys.

But let's finish this review with a summary of the pros and cons so you can get a full overview before deciding if you want to join or not.

pros

Pros:

  • Plenty of offers available
  • Low payment threshold
  • Payment via PayPal is available
cons

Cons:

  • Some offers have low rewards
  • The website could be a bit more user-friendly

All in all, PrizesLab has both pros and cons.

It has a low payment threshold and plenty of offers and surveys you can take. You just need to choose the offers carefully as some of them have quite low rewards. And when you first join, it can take a bit of time to get used to using the site.

But with a bit of patience, it is definitely possible to earn a bit of extra cash on the site on PrizesLab. However, the potential income you can earn is very low due to the low rewards it offers.

It should, however, not be the only site you use, in my opinion. But as an extra site, it can be worth checking out.

But I also recommend you check out the top paying GPT sites. You will find some really great sites with good earning potential on this list.

If you have any comments, questions, or have any experiences with PrizesLab yourself, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.

  2. I am in right place to read reviews? I just went to join the site to see. But the reviewed site layout and the layout I see is different. Can someone help me out if prizeslab is changed ownership? As the site is completely different when I opened. Or, this blog is producing out dated information to viewers?

I want some information before I signup. The site is actually tempting and I want to join as well.

    • PrizesLab has completely changed its look recently and I have it on the list to do a new review with updated images. It is still the same company behind but they just launched a completely new design.

In this case, I just simply have not had the time to update the review yet but planning to do it sometime this week.

But thanks for asking. And until I get it updated, just let me know if you have questions about any other sites.
