This is something you definitely need to know before joining any paid survey site, as there are a lot of scams out there.

So, let me just answer that question right away. No, Radial Insight is not a scam. It is a legit survey site that has been around for more than 14 years now.

But this doesn't automatically mean you should go ahead and sign up. You need to get a clear picture of what this survey site has to offer first.

What is Radial Insight, and what does it offer?

As I mentioned, RadialInsight.com is a legit survey site that has been in operation since 2009.

It focuses on gathering opinions about businesses, non-profit organizations, and politicians. In other words, it is a public opinion panel that will reward you for sharing your thoughts with them.

But in order to fully comprehend what this survey site has to offer, we need to take a closer look at how you will be able to earn from this site.

So, let's take a look at Radial Insight's earning opportunity.

Option 1 – Paid surveys

Once you become a member, you will be eligible to receive survey invites from Radial Insight. They will email you the invite, so make sure to check your email regularly. You can also choose to receive notifications via SMS.

Unlike other survey sites, Radial Insight doesn't have a member dashboard you can log in to so you can see the available paid surveys.

So, opting into the SMS notification can actually be a big help because this will allow you to get notified right away if there are available surveys you can take.

You will know right away what reward you will be getting if you complete the survey because it will be indicated in the email or SMS message.

What's good about Radial Insight's survey process, though, is you will receive the reward right away after completing the survey. This, at least, makes it quicker for you to get the benefits of being a member of their panel.

As for their surveys, you do have to qualify first before you can take the actual survey. So, receiving an invite doesn't automatically mean you will get the reward. You will have to undergo a qualification process.

This usually means you will have to answer several pre-qualification questions. They do this to ensure you are indeed part of the demographic the survey is targeting. If you qualify, you will then proceed to the actual survey.

If you don't qualify, they will notify you right away. At least you won't have to waste your time answering a survey you won't get rewarded with.

But you don't get anything if you don't qualify for a survey. That is, however, not unusual on a survey site, so there is nothing alarming about this.

Option 2 – Receipt rewards

Another way for you to earn rewards from Radial Insight is by submitting receipts for your purchases from online retail stores.

If you regularly buy products from Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, Jet.com, Costco.com, and DollarGeneral.com, you will like this one.

All you have to do is install the add-on to your web browser, and you are good to go. The add-on works on both Firefox and Chrome web browsers.

Once you finish setting up the add-on, you can then proceed with shopping on any of the said sites above and start sending your receipt to Radial Insight to earn rewards.

Radial Insight does not go into specifics, however, as to what you can get out of sending receipts. They just indicated that you will be able to earn rewards for doing so.

There are sites that pay you to upload receipts that are a lot more transparent about what you will get out of it.

Overall, though, if you shop regularly from the sites mentioned, this can be a nice bonus because you can at least, get something out of your purchase (aside from the product you bought, of course).

How do you get paid?

As mentioned above, you will receive your reward right away after completing the survey. This means you don't have to wait to reach a specific payment threshold to start redeeming rewards.

As for the reward you will get, Radial Insight uses Tango gift cards.

If you are not familiar with Tango gift cards, they're basically an all-purpose gift card because there are a lot of online retailers that accept them as payment.

As you can see in the photo above, there are plenty of stores that accept Tango gift cards as payment. So, in a sense, Tango gift cards are as good as real money.

According to their website, after you successfully qualify for and complete a survey, they will send you an email with a Tango Card number and PIN.

All you have to do is follow the provided instructions to redeem and convert the Tango Card into the gift card of your choice.

The amount of the Tango card you will receive per survey completed will vary. So don't expect a fixed reward. Normally, the longer the survey, the higher the amount of the Tango card you will receive.

For sending receipts, they do not mention any specifics about what you can get out of it, but they do mention you will receive the reward after a couple of days.

If you prefer receiving real money, though, I would recommend you check out the top survey sites that pay through PayPal instead.

These sites will allow you to earn real money and claim it in a very convenient method, which is through PayPal.

How much money can you make?

Radial Insight won't be the site for you in terms of earning real money. But, as I've explained earlier, Tango cards can almost be as good as real money because a lot of retailers accept them as payment.

The earning potential of Radial Insight will depend on the number of survey invites you receive, the number of surveys you actually complete, and the rewards of the surveys you complete.

Based on feedback from other members I have seen, the rewards you receive for completing surveys will range from $3 to $10, with $10 being the highest. This, in my opinion, is a pretty good amount.

And considering you will receive the reward right after completing the survey, you will be able to earn a significant amount quite quickly. That is, of course, if you keep getting survey invites.

But in my experience, the average number of survey invites you get will usually be around 1 or 2 per week. So, take that with a grain of salt.

Can you use it on mobile?

What makes Radial Insight enticing is that it immediately tells you that you will be able to complete your survey on any device. That is stated on their homepage.

There is, however, no Radial Insight app you can download and install on your mobile device. This means the only way for you to answer surveys on a mobile device is by using a mobile web browser.

The mobile version of their website is also optimized for mobile use, which means you don't need to scroll left and right just to view the content properly.

This makes you more efficient at racking up rewards because if you opt to receive notifications via SMS when there is a survey you can check, you can just check your email using your mobile phone and answer the survey immediately.

This gives you a higher chance of getting the reward because, in my experience, paid surveys also have a maximum number of respondents. When that number is reached, any succeeding submission won't be accepted anymore.

Who can join Radial Insight?

There is no mention on their site of any specific requirements for joining their panel.

But, if you take a look at the photo shown above, you will notice there is a field that says State. That means this site will only be eligible for residents of the US. Plus, it doesn't allow you to choose a country.

The registration form also asks for your date of birth, but they don't mention again the minimum age required for you to join.

But I'm assuming you have to be at least 18 years of age in order to join because the topics of the surveys will be mostly geared toward adults.

Their registration process seems to be pretty straightforward, though. You just need to provide your full name, address, and date of birth. But, their system will be able to detect if your IP address has already been used to register.

So, if a member of your household has already registered, you won't be able to join their panel.

Also, be aware that it seems Radial Insight is not always accepting new members. So you might try to register and then not be able to.

If that happens, you have to wait and try again next month, or you can just join some of the top survey sites in the US that always accept new members.

Can you get support?

Being able to get support is one way for you to gauge if a survey site is any good or not. What caught my attention with Radial Insight is their contact page.

As you can see in the photo above, they do not provide any contact form on their contact page, which is highly unusual because normally, you will always see a contact form on the contact page of most survey sites.

They did, however, provide an email address and a phone number you can use in case you need to talk to their support team. Their postal address is also displayed, which is good.

Their FAQ page is not that comprehensive because it doesn't tackle some of the most common questions you will encounter (one example is the requirement to join their panel).

I checked their social media pages because I understand some people like to use this kind of platform to get support. They do have a link to their Facebook page at the bottom of their site. But, if you click on it, it will only display a page that says this content isn't available right now.

So that leads me to believe that they either deleted their Facebook page or the link is not the right link to their page. The link to their Twitter page, though, is working. So you should be able to communicate with them via that platform.

However, at the time of updating this review, there has not been any content published on their Twitter (X) page for more than 4 years.

Overall, the lack of relevant information in their FAQ section is a bit of a letdown, in my opinion.

But at least you can find an email address and a phone number if you have more questions.

Final Verdict

Radial Insight is a legit survey site that will reward you right away for the surveys you complete. But, it does have its disadvantages.

So, let's finish this review with a summary of their pros and cons to help you decide whether this survey site is for you or not.

Pros:

• No payment threshold
• You will receive your reward right after completing the survey
• Relatively high reward per survey completed

Cons:

• Membership is only limited to US residents
• You won't be able to earn cash
• Poor FAQ section
• Does not always accept new members

As you can see, even though they reward you significantly for each survey you complete, the fact that you won't be able to earn real money can be an issue.

But if you like receiving Tango cards, this can be a decent survey site to earn from. If you regularly shop from Amazon.com and more, the receipt rewards can also be a nice bonus because you can get additional rewards simply by sending your receipts.

Membership is quite restrictive. So, if you live outside the US, don't expect to be able to join this panel.
