Coin Tub Review – Should You Join? (Full Truth Revealed)

Coin Tub Rating

Coin Tub doesn’t offer any good reason for you to join. The biggest red flag for me is that the site contains malicious ads. If you join it, your anti-virus software will notify you non-stop. And you should, in general, not expect to get paid.

I’m always looking for interesting and good ways to earn extra cash online. So, when I encountered Coin Tub, I got curious because it claims you can earn up to $7 per day by doing easy tasks.

But can you really earn this much every day with very little effort? In other words, is Coin Tub legit, or is it a scam?

I decided to join Coin Tub and test it to see how it works and if it stacks up with other sites that offer the same earning opportunity.

In This Coin Tub review, I will reveal the full truth of what it offers so you will know what to expect from it. Then, you can decide if you should join it or not.

What is Coin Tub and what does it offer?

Coin Tub is a Get-Paid-To (GPT) site that will supposedly pay you for watching videos and completing short tasks. However, there are a few important things you need to know about it, and I will talk about them in the next section.

The first thing I’m going to discuss is the earning opportunities it offers. That way, you will understand how you can earn from it and why you need to be wary of it.

I have also made a video that gives you an inside look and shows exactly how Coin Tub works. You can also read all the details below the video.

Option 1 – Watching videos

The primary way to earn from Coin Tub is by watching YouTube videos. If you log in to the member dashboard, you will immediately see all the available YouTube videos you can watch.

watching videos on coin tub
To supposedly earn from Coin Tub, you just have to watch videos.

As you can see in the photo above, you will immediately see how much you will earn from watching the video. The site claims you’ll be able to earn $0.98 per video, which is actually very high for an earning opportunity like this.

However, during my testing, I never encountered a video that offered that much. Most of the videos that I encountered during testing paid around $0.30 to $0.70, which is still very high compared to what you usually can earn by watching videos.

That’s why the first thing that came to my mind when I was testing it was the amount the site pays per video is quite unrealistic. Aside from that, when you actually start playing the video, what will happen is that there will be pop-up ads that will appear.

While pop-up ads are quite normal on sites like this, what was concerning was these ads triggered my anti-virus software. That means the ads contained some kind of virus or malware. This is why I said earlier that you need to be wary of this site.

Personally, a website that shows ads with viruses or malware is a big red flag for me, and I always avoid working on these sites. And I recommend you do too.

After you manage to close the pop-up ads, the video will finally play, and you will see a timer below the video that indicates when you will be able to claim the reward. After the timer is done, you just need to press the button that says “Claim the reward”. Then, the reward will be credited to your Coin Tub account.

Later on, I will explain how you will be able to withdraw your earnings, and it’s also something you need to be aware of because it’s another red flag.

One thing I can say about this site is that it’s actually a copy of another site I tested called Game Tub, which eventually closed down. I won’t be surprised if the same thing happens to this site.

Option 2 – Tasks

Another way to earn from Coin Tub is to complete tasks. These tasks are relatively easy to do. Mostly, you just have to answer a quiz or sign up for a website.

coin tub tasks
You can also work on short tasks to supposedly earn more rewards.

However, the sites you will have to register for are also quite suspicious, in my opinion. So, it’s not something I would recommend you do.

The pay, again, is quite unrealistic compared to tasks on other GPT sites. For example, in the photo shown above, you will be able to earn $2 for signing up for a website and shortening a link. Then, you have to visit the shortened link, which will undoubtedly contain spam ads again.

The tasks are simple, but as I’ve said, I personally don’t want to do these tasks because they will take me to other suspicious websites.

Option 3 – Referral program

Lastly, you can also supposedly earn additional rewards through Coin Tub’s referral program. However, their referral program is a bit weird, in my opinion.

coin tub referral program
Their referral program has unusual requirements to receive rewards.

As shown in the photo above, you will have to create a YouTube and TikTok video promoting the site. Then, you will have to share your invite link with the person you invite. Once they click the link and sign up as a member, you will receive $1 as a reward.

In my opinion, the problem with this earning opportunity is that while it’s relatively easy to do, the site isn’t something I would actively promote because it would be unethical to promote a site that contains malicious ads.

How do you get paid?

As explained above, every time you watch a video, complete an ad or get a referral, you will earn a certain amount. However, the problem with this site is the payout threshold.

payment methods of coin tub
Coin Tub offers convenient payment methods, BUT you should not expect to ever reach their payout threshold.

As you can see in the photo above, the threshold you need to reach is ridiculously high ($80). It’s almost impossible to reach, considering there are not a lot of videos you can watch.

Plus, the rewards you get per video you watch will become lower and lower when you get closer to the threshold. So, in the end, you will not be able to reach the threshold to withdraw your earnings.

So, it really doesn’t matter that the site offers convenient payment methods like PayPal or bank transfer because you will never be able to reach the threshold.

Overall, the payment system of Coin Tub is straightforward but quite unrealistic, in my opinion. The very high payout threshold makes it impossible to withdraw your earnings quickly. Plus, in my experience, sites like this usually impose hidden requirements you will need to meet before you can withdraw your earnings (like getting a certain number of referrals).

I recommend you check out the fastest paying sites instead because these sites have extremely low payout threshold, so you’ll be able to withdraw your earnings quickly.

How much money can you make?

As I’ve mentioned earlier, the amount you can earn from watching videos and completing tasks is unusually high. In fact, they are completely unrealistic. In my experience, no company or brand is willing to pay that much just for their videos to get views.

Plus, the videos they promote on the site are quite random. That leads me to believe that the owners of the videos didn’t really pay them to promote their videos. Instead, the way the site earns money is through the spammy ads that they display on its site.

Which, by the way, still won’t be enough to cover their reward rates. So, if you put those two together, the only plausible conclusion is that the site never intends to pay its members.

Plus, in my experience, sites like this tend to reduce the rewards they hand out in the long run, making it impossible for you to reach the threshold to get paid.

That’s why I would say the earning potential of this site is very low (as you will never get paid), and I would NOT recommend you join it.

Can you use it on mobile?

The site doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but it is optimized for mobile use. You will be able to read the content without zooming in, and you will be able to navigate it quite easily.

However, as explained earlier, Coin Tub contains malicious ads, so if you access it from your mobile device, you will only risk your device getting infected with a virus or malware. That’s why I highly recommend you don’t even bother using it on a mobile device. It’s not worth the risk, in my opinion.

Who can join Coin Tub?

Coin Tub is available worldwide. You will be able to register as a member regardless of where you live. You just have to be at least 18 years of age to join.

But as I’ve mentioned earlier, I highly recommend you don’t join this site because you will only be wasting your time since you will never actually earn anything.

Can you get support?

Another suspicious thing about this website is that it doesn’t offer any kind of support to its members. It doesn’t even have a FAQ page you can check out if you have any questions.

Plus, it doesn’t have a contact form or email address you can use to get in touch with its support team.

Overall, I would say the support this site offers is virtually non-existent, which is another reason why you shouldn’t join it because you will not receive any assistance if you have any questions or run into some issues.

Final Verdict

Coin Tub is a GPT site that claims you can earn by watching videos and completing short tasks. While it offers very appealing reward rates, there are many red flags I noticed while I was testing it.

To conclude this review, let me summarize its pros and cons to give you an overview of what it offers. Then, you can clearly see why it’s not a site I would recommend you join.

pros

Pros:

  • N/A
cons

Cons:

  • The site contains malicious ads
  • Ridiculously high payout threshold
  • It doesn’t offer support
  • You will never get paid

As you can see above, Coin Tub doesn’t offer any good reason for you to join. The biggest red flag for me is that the site contains malicious ads. If you join it, your anti-virus software will notify you non-stop. It also doesn’t help that it has a very unrealistic payout threshold.

Overall, you should never expect to get paid and will just waste your time. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend you even risk it. Instead, I would suggest you check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country.

The sites on this list all have good earning potential, and you will be able to earn a decent amount without risking your computer or mobile device getting infected with viruses or malware.
