Halos.gg Review: Worth Using? (Pros and Cons Revealed)

I recently came across a site called Halos.gg that claims it can help you turn your screen time into real rewards.

It is quite a bold claim, which is why I decided to test it and compare it with the many other reward platforms I have tested to see if it does what it claims.

In this Halos.gg review, I will reveal the pros and cons of the site so you will know exactly what to expect from it before you sign up. That way, you’ll be able to properly evaluate whether it is a site worth your time or not.

The main way to earn from the site is to work on offerwalls. In case you are not familiar with offerwalls, you can find different tasks here that you can do to earn rewards.

When I first tested the site, there were only 7 offerwalls available, which isn’t that many, in my opinion. However, they have since added more, and now there are 11, which is a good number, in my opinion. That being said, the number of offerwalls available will usually depend on your location, so don’t be alarmed if you see more or fewer offerwalls when you log in.

To start earning, just pick an offerwall you want to work on and click it. Then, you’ll see all the available offers. Choose an offer and click it to see all the instructions you need to follow. Make sure to take note of all the requirements because if you miss even one, you will not be able to complete the offer and earn the reward.

After you complete an offer, you will receive the reward promised, which will be in the form of Halos. Later, I will discuss what you can do with these.

From what I observed, there are a good number of offers per offerwall, so you will not run out of opportunities to earn. And they pay quite well compared to paid offers on many other GPT sites.

Option 2 – Paid Surveys

Another way to earn rewards is by completing surveys. Halos has partnered with survey providers to offer its members surveys to complete.

To start earning, click a survey provider to view all the surveys available. If it's your first time working on the survey provider, you'll have to answer a set of profile questions. Then, you'll see all the surveys available.

When you answer a survey, you'll have to go through a qualifying process so that the survey provider can determine if you are the right person for the survey. If you qualify, you get to answer the survey and earn the reward.

If you get disqualified, you just move on to the next survey available. What's great about this opportunity is that some survey providers offer bonus rewards from time to time. So, the surveys you answer from that provider will offer more rewards.

Option 3 – Watch Videos

Halos.gg also lets you earn small rewards by watching videos. I do have to emphasize that the rewards you earn from this earning opportunity will be quite low, so don't prioritize this opportunity if you want to maximize your time.

To start earning, click a video provider. Then, you'll see all the available videos to watch. Choose one and keep watching it until you see all the ads shown in the video.

Watching the ads is actually the reason why you get paid to watch the video. So, you'll have to be patient.

I like that Halos.gg has made a separate section for this. On many other GPT sites, you have to try to find the video offers on the different offerwalls, but they have made it very user-friendly by adding a section where you can easily get an overview.

Option 4 – Social Tasks

Another way you can earn from Halos is from its tasks. Keep in mind that this opportunity is quite limited since the tasks offered will only ask you to follow them on certain social media platforms (refer to the photo above).

You’ll earn 10 Halos for every Halos.gg social media page you follow. Just click the image of the platform, follow the page, and you will receive the reward. It is very easy to do, but your earnings from this opportunity will be very limited.

Option 5 – Weekly Streak

You can also earn from its weekly streak rewards. All you have to do is earn at least 1,000 Halos (the currency it uses) every day to claim additional Halos.

These rewards will reset at the end of every week, so you can earn rewards regularly from them. It won’t be a lot, but you can just consider your earnings from this opportunity as a bonus for being an active member.

Option 6 – Giveaways

Technically speaking, giveaways are not an earning opportunity, but a way to boost your earnings from the site. If you go to the Giveaways section of the member dashboard, you'll see the two ways to get bonus rewards.

You can unlock these giveaways once you've earned at least 1,000 Halos. Once you've met this requirement, you can just click the “Join” button. That's all you have to do. Then, just wait until the timer runs out to see if you won the giveaway.

Take note that there's no guarantee you will receive the giveaway prize, but it does run every hour, so you won't run out of opportunities to join.

Another form of giveaway that Halos offers is the Divine Hour. This bonus will be unlocked once a total of 444 offers/tasks have been completed. When this happens, everyone will earn more when they complete an offer or survey within that hour.

After the Divine Hour has finished, the count will start again. So, it's essentially a recurring bonus that you can take advantage of.

Option 7 – Promo codes

Halos regularly also gives out promo codes, so you can get some extra free points.

They frequently give them out in the on-site chat, occasionally also on their social media platforms.

It can be worth keeping an eye on as you then just need to copy and paste it into the promo codes field in the rewards section, and then you will get some free points.

It will not be a lot, but it is easy and fast.

Option 8 – Referral Program

Lastly, you can earn passive rewards from Halos’ referral program. All you have to do is share your referral link with the person you want to invite to the site.

Then, when they click the link and sign up as a member of Halos.gg, they will become your referral. As a reward, you will receive a 10% (used to be 5%) commission every time your referral earns from paid offers.

It’s a decent way to earn passive rewards, but you must make sure you invite people who are interested in earning from Halso.gg.

How do you get paid?

All of the earning methods Halos offers will reward you with Halos. Think of these as points you can use to redeem various rewards.

You can convert your Halos to cash via PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, bank transfer, or a prepaid Visa card. You can also convert your Halos to various gift cards and game skins for various games like Valorant, Roblox, and Fortnite.

You can even convert your Halos to various cryptocurrencies, so the payout options are very flexible. Just bear in mind that some payout options are only available in certain countries.

The number of Halos needed to redeem a reward will depend on the reward you choose. For example, you can withdraw your earnings via PayPal once you’ve earned 1,000 Halos. That will be worth $1. Just keep in mind that there will be a withdrawal fee of 4% for this option, which is quite high, in my opinion.

For most gift cards and game skins, the threshold will be 5,000 Halos ($5). For crypto redemptions, the threshold is only $0.50. Just remember that there will also be a service involved for these options. Only gift card redemptions don't involve any service fee.

I would say its payout options are great. I like that there are several convenient payout options to choose from.

And I have also withdrawn from it myself, so I know it actually does pay, and once you redeem, the payment is processed more or less immediately.

How much money can you make?

The amount you can earn from a GPT site like Halos.gg will mostly depend on how much time you are willing to invest in it. When I was testing it, I really didn’t run out of opportunities to earn, which is a good thing.

It also depends a lot on your location, as the availability of earning opportunities and how much you can earn per task vary a lot based on this.

But overall, it pays above average compared to most other GPT sites I have tested, and its earning potential has significantly improved since I first tested it.

Can you use it on mobile?

Halos.gg doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but the member dashboard is optimized for mobile use, so you can earn conveniently using your mobile phone. You also won’t encounter any annoying pop-up ads while working on the site.

So, the overall user experience it provides is relatively decent, in my opinion, which is all you want from a GPT site like this.

So, it's a big improvement, in my opinion, which significantly impacts the user experience it provides in a positive way.

Halos.gg is a legit GPT site that will reward you for completing offers. It has some geat features, but it also has some drawbacks you must consider.

Its main drawback is the fairly high service fees involved for some of the payout options it offers. But overall, I would say its earning potential has significantly improved since I first tested it. It can now serve as a great GPT site to earn some extra money from, in my opinion.
