Is Surveoo legit and safe?
Yes, Surveoo is a legit site, since you get paid to complete surveys. But this fact does not necessarily make it worth joining for you. Here is what you should know before you start.
- The $11 per survey is a maximum
The amount the site shows is the maximum you can get per survey. It is NOT the average. In fact, you will rarely get surveys that pay the maximum amount, in my experience.
- Give honest and consistent answers
Surveoo has a system that checks your answers. If you give inconsistent answers, you will receive fewer and fewer surveys. You will also not qualify for every survey. That is how survey sites work.
- You must confirm your phone number
Surveoo asks you to verify your phone number. More or less all free earning platforms ask for verification before they pay you. They have to do this to avoid fraud.
- Payouts and support take patience
It can take up to seven days before a payout is in your PayPal or bank account. Surveoo does not have the fastest support or processing time. Bank transfers always take longer.
- Never use a VPN, and watch out for fake sites
No survey website allows a VPN. You will get banned. Also make sure you join the official site. A reader ended up on an app with a similar name that showed unrealistic earnings.
My takeIn my opinion, Surveoo is not a bad site. It does not stand out, but it does offer pretty decent rewards, so it can serve as a decent site to earn from. You just need to be patient, because you will not always qualify for all the surveys offered. But again, that is really just how survey sites work.

You first answer qualifying questions. If you qualify, you take the survey and get the reward. If you do not qualify, you move on to the next one. The surveys come from partner providers, so you are taken to another website. When I was testing the site, there were a decent number of surveys available.
BonusesSmall rewards
Under “My Bonuses” you collect small rewards for answering surveys or doing something on the site. Some unlock when you reach a milestone. These bonuses do not seem to be available in all countries.

Share your invite link. When your referral earns from surveys, you get a 10% commission. Your referral must be an active member, or you earn nothing.

How much can you make?
It depends on how many surveys you can complete. You do not control how many surveys you get or qualify for. The best thing you can do is answer all the surveys honestly and consistently.

In most cases you will then run into issues when you suddenly log in when you are back home. Most platforms flag your account if you log in from different countries, so if you do that, you always need to ask their support first. More or less all survey sites will have surveys in the language of the country you are located in. And all of them will ban you if you use VPN.
The only thing you can really do is to use an extension that automatically translates. it is not perfect and will not always work, but that is the best option. Alternatively, you just need to focus on other free ways to earn than surveys. There are plenty of alternatives. You can see a list of free ways to earn without surveys here.

Sorry to hear about your experience. In general, make sure you keep it in a proper tone when contacting the support of survey sites. And they will not be able to do it faster than what their rules say. They definitely should not have deleted you, but in the future just make sure you read the terms before you start earning so you know what to expect. In some countries, it is possible to reach the threshold a lot faster. But you can see a list of the overall fastest paying survey sites here. On some of these you only need to earn $1 to redeem.
Hi, it takes SIX MONTHS to meet the threshold for payment. I legitimately earned the money, and it should not be withheld on the mood of the customer service person. I have read the terms, and it does NOT say anywhere that you will forfeit your earnings if you appeal for your payment!! This is not acceptable!!! I survived apartheid, I want my money!!

Surveoo is a scam to me. When I did many surveys for 2-3 months, accumulating money, they asked me to verify my phone number. Then I gave them my phone. I double-checked the country code and my number, and they were all correct. But they never sent me a code to verify, and I could not continue doing anything on the web. I lost all of my hard work from doing surveys for them.

In all the survey they are asking all the personal question i am bit scared to choose the option.

I joined serveoo about a week ago, I have tried to do every survey they have offered to me via email, but most of the time when I try to do the survey, I get a message saying I do not qualify, THEN WHY WAS IT SENT TO ME? Of the few I have done they say the survey is worth a certain amount, sometimes over R1000, but for all the surveys I have done I only have a credit forR12.77????? You were right about the languages! It’s a bad translation, and when I do a survey, some questions are in Spanish, some in Dutch and also in English! Really confusing.

I’m having an issue with Surveoo, and seems it’s happening on and on as I read Trustpilots reports. One week ago I asked to be paid through a bank transfer, following carefully their procedures. After one week it is still reported as pending. I’ve tried to reach them through their official contact link, but got no reply at all. It was the second payment I asked, the first was in gift cards from Amazon, and was done in a few minutes 3 months ago, with no issues. Many others are complaining on Trustpilots and other review sites, both for missing credits and total lack of answers or support. I think it is something to seriously consider when choosing to deal with Surveoo.
Thanks for sharing your experiences. Just be aware that bank transfer will always take longer as banks on both sides have to approve and process the paymenst and banks are usually not fast at doing this.
But I agree the support should get better at getting back to people but if everyone writes several times because they did not get the payments after a few days, when it will always take longer with bank transfers, that will actually just overload them and make it harder for them to reply to support tickets. But let’s hope they find a sytem to make it more effective.

You can also take your bonuses out when you reach the payout threshold, if that is what you mean.
