WiFi Mine App Review – Worth It? (Full Details + Rating)

WiFi Mine Rating

WiFi Mine is not an app worth using, in my opinion. You’ll only be wasting your time because you won’t earn anything from it. You should check out the link below instead.

If you’ve come across WiFi Mine on Google Play, you’ve probably seen claims about earning money while using WiFi tools and playing simple games.

At first glance, it looks appealing. The app combines WiFi utilities with mini-games that supposedly let you earn rewards. But apps like this often look more profitable than they actually are, so it’s important to understand how they work before spending time on them.

In this WiFi Mine app review, I’ll explain what it offers, how you can earn from it, what payment methods it claims to support, and whether it’s realistically worth using. And let me just tell you, there are a couple of important things you need to know.

So, let’s dive in, shall we?

What is WiFi Mine, and what does it offer?

WiFi Mine is an Android app that supposedly lets you earn rewards through its WiFi utilities and other supposedly earning opportunities. Now, the question is, should you use it?

Well, the only way to know is to understand how it works. To do so, we must examine the earning opportunities it offers, so you can gauge how good it truly is. The video below gives you an inside look and shows exactly how the app works. You can also read the full details below the video.

Option 1 – Claiming Rewards

This earning opportunity is surprisingly easy to do. All you have to do is click the “Claim” button, and you will receive the reward. Take note that you can only click “Claim” when the button is black.

You must click the “Claim” button to get rewards.

After clicking the “Claim” button, it will go white, and a pop-up ad will appear. You’ll have to wait for the ad to finish playing before you can get back to the app. This is the most annoying part of the app, in my opinion.

During my testing, I was bombarded with ads. In fact, every time you click something on the app, a pop-up ad will appear. So, all you will really be doing is watching ads. After viewing the ad, you will receive the promised reward: a certain number of coins.

Later, I will explain how their payout system supposedly works.

Option 2 – Tasks

Completing tasks is another earning opportunity that WiFi Mine offers. However, what’s confusing about this opportunity is the type of tasks you’ll have to do.

wifi mine tasks
You can also supposedly earn rewards by completing tasks.

As shown in the photo above, tasks like “Speed Test Reward” and “WiFi Security Reward” are quite confusing. I’m not exactly sure why an app would reward you for doing a speed test. I’m even more confused about why you’ll earn from WiFi Security.

I have tested many apps over the years that offer unique earning opportunities, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such a task. Now, when you click on any of the tasks, you’ll have to watch an ad again, which, as mentioned earlier, is essentially what you will be doing if you install WiFi Mine.

So, in essence, what these tasks are designed to do is just give you a reason to watch an ad. That’s the impression I got while testing the app.

But why does watching an ad matter? Well, that’s how the app generates income. Advertisers will pay them to show ads to people, and they usually get paid per view. So, they’ll earn more if more people watch the ads.

This isn’t really an issue because you will supposedly get paid as well. However, there’s something very important you need to know about its payout system, and that’s what I will discuss next.

How do you get paid?

The earning opportunities WiFi Mine offers will reward you with coins or a certain amount in dollars. The big question now is, how can you withdraw your earnings?

If you’ve been a member of other Get-Paid-To apps or sites before, then you might think that you could withdraw your earnings via PayPal or perhaps a bank transfer. But with WiFi Mine, you actually won’t know how you can withdraw your earnings, which is a big red flag, in my opinion.

If you go to the withdrawal section of the app, you’ll see how much the coins you’ve earned are worth. You’ll also see the amount you’ve earned. However, the app really doesn’t explain how you can withdraw them.

And to make matters worse, you’ll even see a bunch of ads in the payout section. In all my years of testing rewards apps and sites, I seldom encounter apps or sites that show ads on their payout section. The ones that do are the problematic apps and sites.

Now, if you scroll down the payout section, you’ll see some rewards that show a payout threshold. The lowest threshold I saw during testing was $50. It was for something I didn’t recognize. So, again, I don’t have any clue how you will be paid.

That’s when I started digging into the app further and found a few more red flags, which I will discuss next.

So, to be clear, you won’t exactly know how you can get paid by WiFi Mine. If you prefer apps or sites that offer a guaranteed way for you to cash out, I suggest you check out the top sites that pay via PayPal instead.

Red flags you need to know

As explained above, the app has a few red flags you need to know. Let me elaborate on what those are, so you can understand why I don’t recommend you use this app. It’s also a good way to learn how to spot red flags in the future.

Red flag #1 – The app is very spammy

As I mentioned earlier, when you use the app, you will be bombarded with pop-up ads. What makes it worse is that you’ll have to wait for the ad to finish playing (usually 30 seconds to 1 minute) before you can continue with what you are supposed to do in the app.

That’s why I would say it is very spammy. The user experience it provides is quite poor, in my opinion. Aside from that, most of the ads that will be shown are get-rich-quick schemes that you should definitely ignore.

Red flag #2 – Unrealistic rewards

Another red flag I noticed during testing was the unrealistic rewards it offers. For example, after installing the app, you will receive a $20 joining bonus immediately.

wifi mine bonus
You'll receive a hefty bonus just by joining.

It’s a very generous bonus, and if the app were truly intent on paying you, it would go bankrupt in a matter of hours. In all my years of testing apps and sites, when they offer very generous rewards, one thing usually happens: they won’t let you withdraw your earnings.

It actually makes sense because the very high rewards are designed to keep you hooked, so you will keep using the app. And as explained above, when you keep using the app, you’ll have to keep watching ads, which means the app keeps on earning.

So, in essence, the app keeps on earning, but you won’t, which brings me to another red flag.

Red flag #3 – Confusing payout methods

As already explained, the app does a very poor job of explaining how you can withdraw your earnings. It’s almost like they don’t want you to know how to cash out your earnings.

This is a huge red flag because all the great apps and sites I have tested over the years always make it clear you will know immediately how to cash out. That makes the reward system crystal clear, and you will immediately know if it’s something you can use because it offers a convenient payout method.

So, the fact that its payout system is not transparent is the biggest reason why you should avoid using WiFi Mine, in my opinion.

Red flag #4 – Very high payout threshold

Aside from the confusing payout system, the app also has a very high payout threshold. From what I saw during my testing, the lowest threshold is $50. Now, you might think that it won’t be a problem because the app is very generous with its rewards.

The problem is that as you get closer to the threshold, the app will suddenly offer very low rewards, making it nearly impossible to reach it. Many users complain about this on the app’s Google Play page.

It’s a very common tactic employed by problematic apps and sites. They’ll start off with very high rewards to get you hooked. Then, when you are nearing the threshold, they will make it next to impossible to earn enough rewards to reach the threshold.

In the end, you’ll just give up on trying to reach the threshold. In the meantime, the app or site has already earned from the views they got from you. It’s a classic bait-and-switch technique, which I have encountered in many problematic apps and sites over the years.

Final Verdict

WiFi Mine is an app that supposedly rewards you for participating in the earning opportunities it offers. It doesn’t have great features, only several red flags you need to know.

To conclude this review, here’s a summary of its pros and cons so you can understand why I don't recommend you download it.

pros

Pros:

  • N/A
cons

Cons:

  • The app is very spammy
  • Not transparent with its payout system
