Lit.It is a mobile app that claims you can monetize your short-form content like videos.
If this is something you are interested in, then I urge you to keep reading this Lit.It app review because it will explain in detail everything the app offers.
That way, you can properly gauge whether it is worth it or not. And let me just tell you right away that there are a few important details you need to know about Lit.It.
So, let’s go ahead and check out what it is all about, shall we?
What is Lit.It, and what does it offer?
Lit It is essentially a social media app that will reward you for watching videos and doing a few other things like answering surveys and completing offers. It is, first and foremost, an app that lets you watch videos.
And yes, it is legit because you can really earn rewards from it. However, that doesn’t automatically mean it is worth your time. To find out if it is worth it, you must first understand how it works.
The only way to do so is to examine the earning opportunities it offers so you will have a clear idea of how much time and effort is needed to earn from it. The video below explains exactly how it works. You can also read the full details below the video.

Option 1 – Watching, Sharing, and Uploading Videos
As mentioned above, you can supposedly earn rewards just by watching videos featured by the app. When you log in to the app for the first time, you’ll be asked what type of videos you are interested in. Just pick any number of categories you want (refer to the photo below).

Then, you’ll see all the corresponding videos for the categories you’ve selected. To start earning, just start watching a video, and you will see a sort of progress bar load with the Lit It icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Supposedly, when that progress bar completes one rotation, you’ll earn 1 Lit It point. However, when I tested the app, I never earned any Lit points while watching videos. I’m not exactly sure if only certain videos offer rewards, which is the main issue with this app, in my opinion.
It’s not quite clear how the earning opportunities work. Supposedly, you’ll just have to watch 60% of the video, and you’ll earn a reward. The same is true for sharing and uploading videos. You’ll earn Lit points if other members watch at least 60% of the video you shared or uploaded.
But none of that happened when I was testing the app. In my opinion, earning opportunities should work like they are supposed to, which is why this opportunity is quite confusing. This is one of the important details you need to know about Lit.It. There’s a possibility that you will not earn every time you watch, upload, or share a video.
Option 2 – Paid Offers
Another way you can earn rewards is by completing paid offers from their offerwalls. This opportunity is relatively straightforward. The offers will usually ask you to download and install a mobile app to earn rewards.

Each offer will have a set of requirements you must complete to earn the reward, which will be in the form of Lit points. If you miss even one requirement, you will not be able to complete the offer and receive the reward.
So, you must understand what the offer is asking you to do before you start working on it. That’s why you must read the details carefully before you work on it.
If you manage to complete the offer, you’ll earn the promised reward, which will be in the form of Lit points. Later, I will discuss what you can do with the Lit points you’ve earned.
Option 3 – Paid Surveys
You can also earn by answering paid surveys. If you’ve been a member of survey sites before, then this opportunity will be very familiar to you.

When you log in to the app, just go to the Surveys section to see all the surveys available. There are not a lot of surveys you can answer, so it’s not something you can regularly earn from.
Aside from that, you’ll also have to go through a qualifying process before you can answer the actual survey. If you fail to qualify, you just move on to the next survey available. But as mentioned, there aren’t a lot of surveys available, which is why it’s not the best way to earn rewards from this app, in my opinion.
If you complete a survey, you’ll receive the reward promised, which will be in the form of Lit points.
Option 4 – Referral Program
Lastly, you can earn additional rewards from its referral program. All you have to do is share your referral link with the person you want to invite.

Then, when they click the link and sign up as a member of Lit, they will become your referral. As a reward, you’ll earn 5 Lit points. The reward is a bit low, in my opinion, so it’s not the most rewarding opportunity.
Plus, Lit.It is not something I would recommend to my friends, and later, you will understand why.

How do you get paid?
As explained above, you’ll earn Lit points from the earning opportunities it offers. But what exactly can you do with the Lit points you’ve earned?
Well, the app will let you convert it to LitIt tokens, which is its own cryptocurrency.
Then, you can swap your LitIt tokens for BNB through crypto trading platforms like Crypto.com or Binance and convert them to USDT if you want to earn cash. This also means you must go through a KYC process if you want to withdraw your earnings. Aside from that, you must also use a crypto wallet to withdraw your earnings.
Now, if you were hoping to earn cash directly from it, you’ll be disappointed because this is the only payout option it offers. So, if you want to earn cash, I recommend you check out the best sites that pay via PayPal instead.
As for the conversion rate of Lit points to LitIt tokens, the app says it will vary depending on the current value of LitIt tokens in the market, so it’s quite hard to indicate an exact conversion rate. The downside with this system is that you’ll have to keep checking the market value of LitIt tokens to see if it’s a good time to withdraw your earnings.
How much money can you make?
The amount you can earn from Lit.It will depend on how much time you are willing to invest in it. But I will say right now that you will not earn a lot from it quickly. As explained earlier, there’s no guarantee you will earn from all the videos you watch, upload, or share.
They do have other earning opportunities but the rewards they offer are lower than most other survey and Get-Paid-To apps, so it will take quite a long time to earn a decent amount from it. And as I’ve explained earlier, the value of their LitIt tokens will fluctuate, so it’s hard to earn a stable amount from it.
That’s just the nature of cryptocurrency, based on my experience. But overall, I would say its earning potential is quite low. You’ll have to invest a lot of time to earn a decent amount from it.
Can you use it on a desktop?
Lit It is a mobile-only platform, so you’ll need to use your phone to earn from it. As for the app, it will work with both Android and iOS systems, so compatibility won’t be an issue.

It is quite easy to navigate the app, but as mentioned earlier, it does a poor job of explaining some of the earning opportunities it offers. So, overall, the user experience it provides isn’t that great, even though its user interface is quite intuitive.
In my opinion, app developers should always prioritize letting their users know exactly how an earning opportunity works. The fact that it doesn’t do what it says it does (earn while watching, sharing, or uploading videos) is a huge disadvantage, in my opinion.
Who can join Lit.It?
The site and the app don’t tell you exactly which countries it is available in, but from what I can see, it is available more or less worldwide. So, you should be able to sign up as a member anywhere in the world. Most countries it won’t be available in are those where crypto is not legal.

To sign up, you must install the app. Then, when you open the app for the first time, you’ll need to register using your Google account or email address. Once you’ve done so, you’ll have to set up your video preferences (the categories of videos you are interested in).
When that’s done, you can log in to the app and start earning. But as mentioned earlier, you’ll have to go through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process where you’ll have to submit photos of any government-issued ID. This is to verify your identity. This is how it usually works with apps or sites that use crypto as its currency.
I suggest you do this immediately so you won’t have to worry about withdrawing your earnings.
Can you get support?
Lit.It doesn’t have a FAQ section you can check out if you have questions about the app. So, if you encounter any issues or you want to clarify something, you’ll have to contact their support team instead.
Fortunately, they do provide a convenient way for you to do so. You can just go to the Contact Support section of the app and submit a support ticket.
Overall, I would say it does provide the minimum required support to its members since it offers an easy way for you to contact support. That being said, I do wish they would at least provide an FAQ section that would clearly explain all the important things you need to know about Lit It to reduce the instances of having to contact support.
Final Verdict
Lit.It is a legit app that will supposedly let you earn by watching videos, completing offers, and more. It doesn’t have a lot of upside, just a few disadvantages.
To help you with your decision, I have summarized its pros and cons so you can see a clear overview of what it offers. Then, you can decide if it is worth it or not.

Pros:
- Available more or less worldwide

Cons:
- Doesn’t explain clearly how some earning opportunities work
- Doesn’t offer cash rewards
- Low rewards
- The app doesn’t give a great user experience
In my opinion, Lit.It is not worth it. There are better apps out there that will let you earn easily and conveniently. The fact that some earning opportunities are not working as they say they should is a huge disadvantage, in my opinion.
You are better off joining other rewards apps and sites that offer clearer ways to earn and higher rewards. That way, you don’t have to spend a lot of time just to earn a decent amount.
For a list of these sites and apps, I recommend you check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead. The sites and apps on this list all have good earning potential, so you can earn a decent amount quickly. Plus, most (if not all) of them offer cash rewards.
