e-Rewards is a survey site owned by Dynata that rewards you with points for answering surveys. It has been around for a long time, but it has gone through many changes. You can only join with an invitation, and only if you live in the US.
In my opinion, e-Rewards is not worth your time. There are not a lot of surveys, and the rewards per survey are low, which is a bad combination, because it takes a long time to earn enough to redeem a reward. It also does not offer cash rewards. My review does not show a redemption yet.

My experience with e-Rewards
I tested e-Rewards on my phone, in its app. I found the app relatively easy to use, but I noticed there were not a lot of surveys. This is what I tested, and what I did not.

Is e-Rewards safe to use?
e-Rewards is a real survey site, owned by the market research company Dynata. My review does not show a redemption yet. But being a real site does not automatically make it a site worth joining. Here is what you should know.
- Few surveys and low rewards
There are not a lot of surveys available, so you will not be able to earn rewards regularly. The rewards per survey are also low. Based on my experience, this is a bad combination.
- No cash, and no clear point value
You can only redeem gift cards, physical products or a donation to a charity. The points needed differ per reward, so you cannot really tell how much you earned from a survey. That is not a good thing, in my opinion. On most other survey sites, you know right away what your points are worth.
- Phone and ID checks before you redeem
e-Rewards asks you to verify your redemptions with a phone number, and it can ask you to confirm your identity through Veriff. One reader wrote in April 2026 that e-Rewards now wants an identity check before it lets you get your earned gift card.
- Invite-only and US only
You need an invitation from one of its partner companies, and e-Rewards does not say who they are. You also have to live in the US and be at least 17. e-Rewards says you cannot take surveys or redeem rewards outside the country you registered from.
- Screened out late in a survey
One reader reported in January 2026 that a survey said they did not qualify after they had spent 40 minutes filling it out.
My takeIn my opinion, e-Rewards is not worth your time. It has limited earning opportunities and low rewards, so it takes a long time to earn enough to redeem a reward. It also does not offer cash rewards. So even if you receive an invite to join, I think you are better off spending your time on sites or apps with better earning potential.
e-Rewards has few surveys and no cash rewards. The top sites in your country give you more ways to earn, most of them in cash.

You log in to the member dashboard and answer surveys. Complete your profile first, so e-Rewards knows which surveys fit you.
Click a survey and answer the qualifying questions, like on other survey sites. If you qualify, you get the actual survey and the promised points when you complete it. If you are disqualified, you move on to the next survey, if there are any.
I noticed there are not a lot of surveys available, so you will not be able to earn rewards regularly.
Product diaries and focus groupsRare
The website says it also offers product diaries and focus groups from time to time. I never got one while testing the site, so I would not count on them. You can consider yourself lucky if you ever get to take part.
Badge levels2% to 8% weekly bonus
There are five badges: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level after Bronze gives you a bonus on the points you earn each week: 2% for Silver, 4% for Gold, 6% for Platinum and 8% for Diamond.
Your badge depends on your lifetime points: 75 points for Silver, 150 for Gold, 250 for Platinum and 350 for Diamond. Because you only earn a few points per survey, I found it takes a while to move up.

How much can you make?
I will tell you right away that you will not earn a lot from e-Rewards. The rewards per survey are quite low, and there are not that many surveys to earn from.
The badge levels help a little. But since you only earn a small number of points per survey, it takes a while before you have enough points to redeem a reward. This is why I consider its earning potential to be very low.

From what I could see while testing, the value of your points depends on which reward you pick. Overall, I would say its payout system is less than ideal. Its biggest drawback is that it does not offer cash rewards.
If you prefer to earn cash, I recommend you check out the top sites that pay via PayPal instead.
The e-Rewards app
The one thing I really like about e-Rewards is that it has a mobile app, so you can answer surveys on your phone. It is available on both Android and iOS.
I found the app relatively easy to use, and the user experience quite decent. I used it the whole time I was testing the platform.
Who can join e-Rewards?
e-Rewards is only available in the US, and you have to be at least 17 years old to join.
It is an invite-only platform, so you need an invitation from one of its partner companies. They do not say who these partners are, so it is hard to know how to get an invite. Based on my experience, you get an invite when you join a loyalty program of a partner brand, such as an airline or a retailer.
In my opinion, it is not worth chasing an invitation, since it is not that great a survey site anyway. There are many better survey sites in the US where you do not need an invitation to join.

Overall, I would say it provides the minimum support its members need, since it offers an easy way to ask for help.

Now they require you to verify your identity before they’ll let you get your earned gift card. It’s a company whose sole mission is to sell our information and now they want to get my identity and important documents to verify that??? No thanks.
