Prime Opinion is one of the survey sites that will let you choose the default language it will be using. However, let me just make it clear that this will not guarantee that all the surveys you will get will be using the language you’ve chosen.
The way it works is that you’ll have to choose the country. Then, there will be a couple of options for language in some of the countries. For example, in the US, you can choose English or Spanish. In Canada, it’s English and French.

How to take surveys in any language with extension?
There’s one thing you can do if you want to take surveys in any language that will not get you in trouble with survey sites.
Instead of installing a VPN, you can install a browser plug-in/add-on that will automatically translate the contents to the language you prefer.
There are a few options you can go for, but I recommend you use Google Translate. You can find it in the Chrome Web Store. After you install it, you can set it up so that it will automatically translate the content to your preferred language.
It’s a very convenient option you can use, but just keep in mind that sometimes, the translations won’t be perfect.
So, don’t be surprised if there are a few grammatical errors. Aside from that, some survey sites set up their panel so that you can’t use any translation tool when answering surveys, so if the add-on doesn’t work, then that means the site has disabled the translation option.
