I recently came across an app called Jeton that claims you can win real prizes by playing mobile games. It’s certainly an enticing offer, but one I have seen on hundreds of other apps before. So, I know, based on experience, that not all of them are worth it.

So, the question now is, is Jeton worth it?

The primary and guaranteed way of earning rewards from Jeton is by playing the games found inside the app. When you log in to the app, you will see all the games you can play by pressing the controller icon. Then, you will see something similar to the photo below.

The idea is to play any of the games and score as many points as you can because the amount you will earn as a reward will depend on your score. So, it’s very important to get a high score.

At the end of every game, you will be able to claim your rewards, which will be a certain amount. Later, I will discuss how you can withdraw your earnings. Now, the app offers a way for you to double the reward you can claim per game. All you have to do is watch a video ad.

This is not a requirement to claim your reward, so it’s up to you if you want to watch them. Just bear in mind that some ads can take up to a minute to finish, so you’ll need to be a bit patient.

All the earning opportunities Jeton offers will let you earn a certain amount. Now, the question is, how can you withdraw your earnings?

Well, Jeton only offers withdrawals to your Binance account, which I found a bit surprising.

Binance is a crypto-trading platform, so you would expect that you'll be paid in crypto. But when you withdraw your earnings from Jeton, it will be in US dollars and not in any form of crypto. While Binance will let you deposit USD, it's just a bit strange that Jeton prefers this kind of payment method over PayPal or bank transfer.

Some may find this a convenient option, especially if they do a lot of crypto trading on Binance, but most people who want to earn cash prefer PayPal or a bank transfer since it is much more convenient. Depositing your money to Binance just adds an additional step if you want to take out your earnings and use it in the real world.

Be that as it may, you’ll supposedly be able to withdraw your earnings anytime you want because the app doesn’t tell you anything about its payout threshold. So, you would think that it doesn’t have a payout threshold.

But if you check out the reviews of the app on its Google Play page, it shows that the threshold is $10, which is not that high, in my opinion. However, withdrawing your earnings can be challenging due to this fact, and you will understand why later.

To be honest, I wasn’t able to test the withdrawal system, and you will understand why in the next section. But overall, I would say that it doesn’t offer a great payout system because in my opinion, for cash rewards, the more convenient options are PayPal or bank transfer.

How much money can you make?

The amount you can earn from the Jeton app will be quite small. It offers very low rewards, so even though it has a relatively low payout threshold of $10, it will still take quite some time before you’ll be able to reach it.

This is the main reason why I was not able to test its payout system because it took such a long time to reach the threshold that I eventually gave up.

The only way to earn a decent amount quickly from Jeton is by winning tournaments, and to do that, you must spend a lot of time practicing. And even if you do win, the amount you receive as a prize will still not be enough to compensate you for the time you spent practicing to get good at the game you are playing, in my opinion.

In the end, you will not be earning efficiently from Jeton, which is why I would consider its earning potential to be quite low, in my opinion.

Can you use it on a desktop?

Jeton is a mobile-only app, so you will need to use your phone to earn from it. Aside from that, there is another app using the same name, but that one says Jeton Wallet. So, to make it clear, the app we are talking about is named Jeton: Play & Earn Real Prizes (refer to the photo below).

As for the app, it only works on Android devices, so if you are an iOS user, this is not for you. I recommend you check out the best money-making apps for iOS instead.

To do so, you must go to the withdrawal section of the app and attempt to withdraw your earnings. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t earned anything yet. You just need to get to the window that will ask you to sign up using your Google account. Once you’ve done this, you can start playing.

Can you get support?

One of the biggest drawbacks of the app is that it doesn’t have a lot of helpful information shown inside the app. It doesn’t have a Help or FAQ section you can use. So, if you have questions, you must contact support immediately.

To do so, you must go to your account settings and click the Contact Us link to open your email client. The address will be filled with its support email address, so all you have to do is type in your question and submit it.

Overall, while it does provide a convenient way to ask for help, it would still have been better if the app had a Help or FAQ section you can check out to reduce the instances of having to contact support.
