But to answer the question above – YES, you can. In fact, you will most certainly have to use it on a mobile device if you are asked to test a mobile app.

When you register as a tester, you’ll be asked what type of devices you can use for testing. If you indicated that you have an Android or iOS device, then you’ll be invited to test mobile apps sooner or later.
