FeaturePoints Review 2026: Is It Legit? My Tested Results and Payment Proof

FeaturePoints Rating

FeaturePoints has many earning opportunities. It also has an app so you can earn on the go and a very low payout threshold. You can join from all countries. However, it can be slow at proceesing payouts, and you need to be aware of this.

I have been a FeaturePoints member for years and have been paid by it many times. Below is my payment proof, how you earn, how the payouts work, and why I use it less than I used to.

Personally Tested Payout Verified Re-tested Oct 2026

Legit, but payouts have become slow

Low $5 cashout and good payout methods. Points stay pending for weeks, and some gift cards took months.

Good for you ifYou want a low cashout, like PayPal or gift cards, and you do not mind waiting for your points.
Skip it ifYou want to get paid fast, or you want a main site to earn from. The top GPT sites usually pay more and faster.

The short answer

FeaturePoints is legit. I have been paid by it many times myself, and it has existed since 2012. You can earn with surveys, app downloads, paid offers and referrals, and cash out from $5.

But it has become slow to pay. Your points are often pending for weeks or even 1–2 months before you can take them out, and some of my gift card payouts took several months without a proper explanation. That is why I use it less than I used to.

What I like
  • Free to join
  • Low payout threshold: $5
  • Great payout methods: PayPal, Cash App (US) and gift cards
  • Available in all countries
  • App for Android and iOS, plus the website on any computer
What I don’t like
  • The wait to receive certain gift cards can be very long
  • Points are often pending for weeks or 1–2 months
  • Support is not always responsive
  • They have removed many earning opportunities since I first joined
  • Points expire after 60 days without activity

My experience with FeaturePoints

I have been a FeaturePoints member for years and have used it regularly. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Is FeaturePoints legit and safe?

Yes, FeaturePoints is legit. I have been paid by it many times. But the payment system has become worse since I first tested it. Here is what you should know before you start.

  • Your points stay pending for a long time

When you earn, your points are often pending for weeks or even 1–2 months in my experience. During that time, you cannot take them out. On many other platforms, your earnings are available right away.

  • Some gift cards take months to arrive

FeaturePoints used to pay very quickly. Recently, the wait for some gift cards was suddenly several months, without a proper explanation. You only see how long the wait is after you request a payout. Their support confirmed to me that payouts are processed faster when you redeem through the app instead of the website.

  • Points expire after 60 days

If you have not used or visited FeaturePoints for 60 days, your points expire and are reset to zero. Cash out before you take a long break.

  • Your PayPal email must match

To cash out through PayPal, the email you used to join FeaturePoints must match the email of your PayPal account.

  • Support can be slow

I have contacted their support several times. Sometimes I got a reply fairly quickly, other times it took a long time.

My takePersonally, I have made some nice extra cash on FeaturePoints, but I have started using it less since I had some cases where it took me months to get paid and where I did not get proper explanations from their support. It can still be a way to earn some extra cash, but I recommend you also join some of the top Get-Paid-To sites, as they often give higher rewards and pay faster.

How you earn on FeaturePoints

There are 4 main ways to earn. Surveys are one of the best. Tap one to read more.

Paid surveysOne of the best

FeaturePoints has a decent amount of surveys. You share your opinion, and you get a reward in your account.

You will not qualify for all surveys. That is normal and happens to everyone. How many surveys you get depends a lot on your country. Sometimes there are no surveys on my computer, but there are some in the app.

Download appsAndroid only
Installing apps on FeaturePoints

You see the apps you can download once you are logged in. This method only works on Android, even though the FeaturePoints app is also on iOS.

You always see the reward first. Click the listing to check the exact conditions. Sometimes you only need to open the app for a few minutes, other times you need to reach a level in a game. When I tested it, all the apps were mobile games.

Paid offersGood rewards
Offerwalls on FeaturePoints

FeaturePoints has a few offerwalls with extra surveys, free trials, newsletters and contests. There are fewer offerwalls than on most GPT sites, but still many offers.

The rewards are quite good compared to many other sites, but other options are easier and faster. Always read all the conditions before you take an offer.

Referral program5% up to 50%
Referral program of FeaturePoints

You get a link to share. You start with a 5% commission when your referrals earn from surveys and games, and the rate goes up to 50% as you earn more from referrals.

Only share it with friends you think will be interested. Do not spam your link everywhere.

Click to Check Out FeaturePoints for Yourself

How much can you make?

FeaturePoints is not the GPT site with the most opportunities, but it has a good amount, and it is fairly user-friendly. In some countries, especially English-speaking ones, it gives very good opportunities.

It will not make you rich or give you a full-time income. With the right expectations, it is a way to make some extra cash when you have a few minutes to spare.

The app sometimes gives more opportunities than the website. The videos and the phone games are only in the app.

Payout methods and minimums

MethodMinimumSpeed
PayPal$5Varies. Points are pending first.
Cash App (US only)$5Varies. Points are pending first.
Gift cards, by countryDepends on the cardSome took several months for me
Prepaid Visa (some countries)Depends on your countryVaries

You earn points: 600 points are $1. Your balance is in dollars, no matter where you live. A PayPal payout arrives in the currency of your PayPal account. FeaturePoints no longer pays in Bitcoin.

Redeeming through the app is processed faster than through the website. Their support confirmed this to me.

Your points are often pending for weeks or 1–2 months before you can cash them out. Points expire after 60 days without activity.

Is FeaturePoints worth it in your country?

You can join FeaturePoints from more or less any country, but the opportunities vary a lot. Pick your country to see where FeaturePoints stands on my list of the best sites there.

  2. Hi Mikael,

I have read several articles on your website, all really enlightened me.

But in this article, I found a missing point (just a typo or whatever), could you double check this paragraph please:

    “……for quite q while……”

Depending on the earning method you use, the points can be pending for quite q while compared to other GPT sites. Sometimes it might be a few days, and other times maybe several weeks.

    Thank you so much

  4. Yesterday I tryed to sign in to my account and it looks like it’s going to load then not. I clicked forgot password nothing changed. Then deleted the app and installed it again still nothing. So I read the terms again to see if I did something wrong or they changed something but nope. So I emailed support and know waiting. This happend to me before on 1 other app which I clicked forgot password and it worked. Do you have any idea what I can do in my part. Sorry if it’s to long I never had this problem before and don’t know what to do. I also don’t whant to keep emailing them because I don’t know if they’ll banned me and because I don’t whant to be a bother for them. No one likes spam emails. Also sorry about the bad grammer.

  5. Not happy at all. I have over 86.000 pending, and they’ve been “pending” for over 2 weeks. None have become “available”. I’ve written several times questioning this and all I get is a computer generated generic response. If that’s all you’re going to do too don’t bother. I’ll find seek other methods of retaining moneys owed.

  6. We are always adviced and recommended not to use apps under 4.5 star ratings. And I agree to that as a former user of so many apps based on my experience that made me conclude by myself that red-flagging should already commence in 4.4-star average ratings. Its mobile app currently garners an average of 3.9 in Google Play Store. Furthermore, if you would check the reviews about it on its Play Store page right now at this moment I am typing this comment, you’ll first read the negative ones where one stated that this you’ll have to wait 90 days for your payment (no assurance if this refers to the user’s first payment whereas it is really normal in legit GPT sites, as I know, for the user’s first payment to pend much longer than the next ones) to be sent to you while another one stated that the app doesn’t really pay at all. These are all against how you describe this GPT site and app as one of the best. What are your thoughts about this?

    Reply
    • I disagree with your rating theory of only using apps that have more than 4.5 stars in rating. Ratings on platforms like Google Play, Trustpilot, etc. can easily be manipulated both higher or lower so it is something you need to look at critically and not just blindly trust the reviews there.

As for FeaturePoints, the long wait is only the first time you cash out. I usually get paid within a few minutes when I cash out and I just made a withdrawal a week or so ago where I also got the money this fast.

Another thing to consider when it comes to reviews of apps and websites like this is that many people get frustrated because they live in a country where there are not a lot of options and then they blame the app/website. Others try to cheat and they get angry when they get banned for cheating. I see this every day, so I am careful blindly trusting reviews as you always need to analyze a bit more and definitely not just set a rule about a certain rating that is necessary.

  10. Hey Mikael! I had just gone through the website. I had some more queries. In their privacy section, they had written that “upto 5 people from same household can join, providing they are different people”. Now the Question that arises is that one person can make multiple accounts, posing as a different house members but with the same IP address. Wasn’t that the whole reason why many survey sites ask for physical address or only allow 1 person from each household to ensure that only genuine people are taking surveys. What if my mother & I make accounts(we are currently together in the same household) & have the same IP address & then after some time they terminate/freeze our accounts?

& I think there are multiple glitches with this site.
For eg:- while registering they ask for 1st reward.
So for India, they mentioned Flipkart 100INR for 100,000 points & PayPal 5$ for 5000 points.
But on the inside it is completely different.
    PayPal 600 points = 1$ & threshold is 5$
    Flipkart is 100INR = 1200 points.

    Reply
    • It is correct that many survey sites do not allow more members from the same household. But some do and if it is in the terms they allow it, it is possible to do it.

Usually, they will then use phone or something like that to verify you are just not the same person creating more accounts. But if you have any doubts, just contact their support.

About the glitches, you have to contact FeaturePoints about this. I am sure they will appreciate you making them aware of it.

  11. Hey Mikael! I just clicked on your referral link. When I did that through mobile(I’m using their website not the app) It showed “50 free points – Sign up to Get your free gift from Mikael!” But when I used the same referral link & opened it in my laptop(since I like to take surveys on my laptop) it didn’t show the above 50 free points line. Could you check once? Plus I had commented on the Grabpoints full review as well regarding the same issue. I wanted to ask is the same thing happening there too? Is that the reason my mother didn’t get 500 points? My mother used her laptop while registering. Thanks for any reply in advance.

  14. Hey Mikael I have a doubt in your this review you said that 600 points equals $1 but in India they are offering flipkart gift cart of $100 for 100 points and just a few minutes ago I have successfully completed a 20 minutes survey of points 106 which equals to $8. I think which is a really high payout for a survey. So the thing that I want to know from you is, are they legit I mean by looking at their offers payout I have a doubt. Please answer because your answer about surveys really matters.

    • Hi Aman,

It sounds very strange if they offer a Flipkart gift card of $100 for 100 points in India. Must be a typo or something on the website.

I have been paid by them myself, so I know they pay and have not had any problems with the site. But it does sound strange with the high reward claims in India. If I were you, I would contact their support and ask if there is a glitch on the site.

And feel free to keep me updated about how it goes.

      Hope this helps.

If there are any problems with your account no counting points after you have actually completed a survey, you need to contact FeaturePoints’ support and tey can help you out.
