Tryber is a website that offers an opportunity for you to earn extra cash by testing websites, apps, and programs.
If this is something you are interested in, then I recommend you keep reading this Tryber review.
It will reveal the pros and cons of what the site has to offer so you will know exactly what to expect from it. Then, you’ll be able to figure out if it is worth your time or not.
So, let’s go ahead and check out this website, shall we?
What is Tryber, and what does it offer?
Tryber is essentially a crowdtesting community where you can earn by testing various websites, software, and apps, and you can also earn by finding bugs in them.
One thing I just want to clarify is that the user-testing platform Ferpection has recently become a part of Tryber. So, if you are a Ferpection member, you'll now have to log in to Tryber to earn as Ferpection no longer offers a way to earn – I just wanted to clarify this to avoid any confusion about the name of the platform.
And yes, it is legit because the opportunities it offers really do pay. However, that doesn’t automatically mean it is a site that is worth your time. To figure out if you should join Tryber, you must first understand how it works.
The only way to do that is to examine the earning opportunity it offers so you will know how much time and effort is needed to earn from it. So, here’s how to earn from Tryber.
For that, I have made a video that gives you an inside look and shows exactly how you can earn from Tryber. You can also read all the details below the video.

The earning opportunity – Campaigns
The only way to earn from Tryber is to participate in testing campaigns. Once you become a Tryber tester, you can apply to participate in campaigns in two ways. First, you can follow the instructions on the invitation sent to you via email.
The other way is to log in to the member dashboard, look for a campaign you are interested in, and click it. Then, you’ll see the requirements as well as the “Apply Now” link.
Sometimes, you’ll be asked to answer a survey so that the site can determine if you are eligible for the testing campaign. After you’ve applied for the campaign, you have to wait for the site to approve your application.
If your application is denied, it just means that you are not the right person for the job. So, don’t be disheartened, and just keep applying. If you get accepted, all that’s left is to do the tasks required of you and make sure to submit your work before the deadline to be eligible for the reward.
Most of the time, testing campaigns will involve one of two things (or both):
- reporting of bugs identified on a digital product
- uploading commented videos with your impressions
Now, here’s the thing. Before you can apply for campaigns, you must complete the Training Course. This will teach you what you need to know to complete a campaign successfully. You must also complete your profile. These are the two most important things you need to cross off your checklist to start earning from Tryber.
When you complete a campaign, you will receive the reward promised, as well as a certain number of experience points (depending on your performance). These experience points will determine your reputation as a Tryber tester.
You must strive to earn as many experience points as you can because your chances of getting invited to participate in campaigns will then increase. Plus, you will gain access to more complicated campaigns that pay more. In short, it will help you earn more as a Tryber tester.
When I was testing the site, there was a decent number of tests available, but you have to keep in mind that you are essentially competing with other members of the site for a slot in a campaign. So, it is very important to apply for a campaign as quickly as you can to increase your chances of getting accepted.

How do you get paid?
After completing a campaign, you will earn a certain amount as a reward. Now, the question is, how can you withdraw your earnings? Well, the first step is to complete your tax profile, which can be found in your profile settings.
Once you’ve done that, you will be able to request payment once you’ve earned at least €3. When you’ve reached this threshold, you will be able to withdraw your earnings via direct bank transfer or PayPal. The payment will then be processed within 20 days, which is a bit of a long wait time, in my opinion.
Plus, you must keep in mind that you will not receive the full amount because your earnings will be subject to taxes (depending on where you live) as well as service fees (especially for PayPal). You can read the full guide on how to request payment here.
Overall, I would say the payment system of Tryber is relatively straightforward. I like the fact that it offers a convenient payment method like direct bank transfer.
If you are interested in more sites that use a convenient payment method, I suggest you also check out the top sites that pay via direct bank transfer.
How much money can you make?
The amount you can earn from Tryber will mostly depend on how many campaigns you can complete. Unfortunately, as explained earlier, you will not always get accepted to participate in a campaign you applied for.
So, it’s quite hard to gauge exactly how much you can earn. One thing I can say, though, is that there are a decent number of campaigns available at any given time. So, you will most likely find opportunities to earn at least once or twice a month, in my opinion.
As for how much you can earn per campaign, that would depend on the complexity of the campaign. Simple testing campaigns usually pay around €5 to €10, while the more complicated ones pay more.
Overall, I would say the earning potential of Tryber is relatively decent. However, most campaigns take a significant amount of time to complete, which makes it not a very efficient way to earn.
The one upside of this site, in my opinion, is that it can help you become a better tester because it has a lot of training courses you can do to help you improve your testing skills.
Can you use it on mobile?
Tryber doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but you can still access the website using a mobile device since it is mobile-friendly. This will help you apply for campaigns quickly.
And as explained earlier, applying for campaigns quickly can help you increase your earnings from this site. So, it’s a good thing that you can easily do so using your mobile device.
As for the tasks you need to do when working on campaigns, they mostly must be done using a laptop or desktop, unless you are testing a mobile app. So, in my opinion, you’ll definitely need a computer if you want to maximize your earnings from this site.
Who can join Tryber?
Tryber is available more or less worldwide. So, you should be able to register as a member regardless of where you live. However, you must be at least 18 years of age to join.
To sign up, you can use your Facebook or LinkedIn account. You can also sign up using your email address.
The registration process is relatively simple. However, as mentioned earlier, you must take a training course to start earning from this site. This will take a bit of time to complete, so you can’t exactly earn immediately after signing up.
Can you get support?
If you have questions about the site or your account, you can check out the FAQ page. It’s quite comprehensive because it discusses all of the important topics you need to know about Tryber.
Plus, as mentioned, the site has a lot of resources you can use to help improve your testing skills. Not a lot of user testing sites offer that. Now, if you can’t find the answers you need, you can send your inquiry via email to support@tryber.me.
Overall, I would say the site does provide decent support to its members since it offers a convenient way for you to ask for help. Plus, it has a lot of courses that can help you be more successful as a Tryber tester.
Final Verdict
Tryber is a legit user testing site that will let you earn by completing testing campaigns. It has a couple of good features, but it also has some limitations you need to consider.
To help you decide, I have summarized its pros and cons to give you an overview of what it offers.
Pros:
- Available worldwide
- Offers convenient payment methods
Cons:
- You won’t be able to start earning immediately
- Long wait time to receive earnings
- Campaigns require a bit of time to complete
Tryber is a decent user-testing site, in my opinion. However, it’s not the best one out there. It doesn’t pay as well as some sites that offer the same opportunity. That being said, it can serve as a decent secondary site to earn from.
You just need to make sure that if you ever decide to join this site, you have ample time to complete the campaigns because they can take up a significant amount of your time. Plus, it’s not something you can immediately earn from.
So, if you are looking for sites that will let you earn immediately, I suggest you check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead. The sites on this list all have good earning potential and will let you earn immediately after signing up.
If you have any comments, questions, or experiences with Tryber, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.
Tryber is a scam. They make you work for free and then find all kinds of excuses to deny you any credit or compensation. I’m sure they are breaking all kinds of EU labor laws, but Italy is so corrupt they get away with it.
Thanks for sharing your experiences and opinion.
